You ARE Enough

“All that is illuminated comes to assist you to dissolve separation. Separation from self, from Source, from love, this is the journey Dear One, and so we see the journey continues as it is to, this is the work that you came here to do”.

Keep going forwards dear hearts with your greater awareness of all you feel, think, do, keep making aligned choices and remind yourself often that there is truly no wrong way, just your way, your path, which is always exactly where you need to be. Flow dear hearts, allow the fight or need to control your story go and flow within trust, all will open to you when you let go and hold love and trust in your heart. Lighten your load by lightening up on yourself, allow Light to be present, to permeate every cell, every space, every breath. Let judgement and the inner critic be freed from your mind again and again and welcome Freedom in all forms to be present within you. Continue to ground, ground deeply into trust and knowing that you are enough, you have always been, it is the ‘world’ you live in that feeds you the mistruth that you are not enough, wise enough, pretty enough, intelligent enough, worthy. Let these mistruths go allow them to fly free on the wind as you reaffirm “I (say your full name) AM worthy, I AM enough, I AM. I AM complete. I AM Love, I AM. I (say your name) release and let go of any-thing that opposes these truths. And so it is, so be it”.
