Friday 27th October ~ The Shift
Everything has been supporting our journey to embody a higher way of living, of BEing. What (I am) feeling we are stepping into or coming into is indeed a welcome shift in energies. The Moon is being shown in mind’s-eye and there is a beautiful soft yet powerful release felt within this one that feels very much an ending of sorts a sweet letting go that assists us within all we have been working within and that has been rising up through our experiences within this Eclipse Period (time between Eclipses). As I look up where the moon phase is I see we are coming into a Full Moon Eclipse this weekend, this was the ‘bookend’ spoken of last week I think it was. We have been presented with opportunity over the last few weeks to make change, to see differently, become aware of where we have needed or it has been long time to look at our self-worth, what is important, what no longer is so, our values and boundaries, personal power. This has been amplified for many between Eclipses. Where you may still feel unheard, unseen, unsupported, unworthy within relationships. Relationships is not just about close or romantic partnerships but work colleagues, family, all, including the most important relationship with Self.
We know that what has presented within outer experiences for each of us is reflection of what we are lovingly asked to look at within. For when we honour the self we show others how we wish to be treated, what we will and wont with a loving heart tolerate or allow. So much growth has been around self-worth and coming to knowing your value, it can be hardest to understand that not everyone will agree with you or even feel they like you and that is okay, to learn that it is actually nothing to do with you and to not take it personally or to heart, some interactions of course are Soul Contracts playing out. We are learning to find our voices, and we see this rising within world situations, to speak up but also to be okay with feeling vulnerable whilst still standing in our power and owning our truth. We have all been moving through transformation at what feels like light-ning speed, so much ancestral work being moved within, beliefs, stories, conditioning, programming as we transform the old, as we recognise the old that does not fit within the new frequencies you and the Earth now holds. So thus we see a lot of our self-worth and self-love learning is connected with ancestral energies.
You may have felt the amping up of the energies over the last few days, there is a distinct expansion felt and many of you may have already felt into this, it is a feeling of butterflies in the stomach, nervous excitement as if the knowing of something big is coming, it feels good in all ways. So take some time to ground and continue those sacred practices of stillness, meditation, nature, just closing your eyes and relaxing the body and breath allows you to come back to presence, the peace-fullness of just Being. You may like to intentionally visualise all being let go of. You may even like to announce out loud “I (say your name) allow all to leave my mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies that is no longer serving we with the highest love in this moment. See, sense, feel, imagine (just know it is so) all energies that hold a lower vibration leaving through the soles of your feet. Ask the Earth Mother to take them and dissolve them for you. Thank her with deep gratitude.
