You are Amazing Dear Heart
Do you feel, do you hear, are you honouring your calling to step up? Are you channelling your energy into things that expand and are purpose-full/fully serving your expansion, choosing this time of continued integrate to keep walking within your renewed and strengthened resolve to claim better for yourself and your life? Can you feel the new you emerging, it may be a subtle feeling deep within the heart or it may be now fully present and motivating you to create, to explore more of the ideas and ideals that have come to you. Take a chance, step out boldly, know your value in this world for you are a valuable irreplaceable part dear heart. Stand tall and breathe, expand your chest, allow your heart to flow, your love to flow freely. Go slowly where needed, be guided by the heart, your inner knowing and higher wisdom, FEEL the energy of what you are choosing for yourself in your day, how does it feel within your body, what does the heart say?
You are not in a rush yet many may feel impatient to start or create anew, watch for any irritation or built up energies within, find a way that works for you through meditation, nature, salt/sound baths, breathwork whatever it be that allows your energy to settle, that brings a calming peace. You are feeling the excitement rise within you. Another week will see a shift in energy that feels a little lighter, that feels really supportive to helping your creative expression get out into the world (however this looks for you individually). Observe any fears that may arise around your worthiness, old beliefs that connect with old versions of self that are still playing out, your moving to step forwards and follow you heart/Souls dreams may stir up deep seated fears and doubts. Use it once a week to reaffirm, support and strongly anchor in your newer emerging version of self.
Remember in each moment you get to choose your action, reaction, response, you get to pause and choose to reconnect with love and observance over fear and trigger. Each time you choose love and observe what stirred within you through outer trigger or conscious/subconscious reaction from programming or conditioning, old beliefs you are making powerful steps forwards.
You don’t have to play it perfectly for however you play it is what you are supposed to have experienced, so don’t be hard on yourself if you do react from old programs, see the gift in the opportunity, observe, learn, allow, grow, repeat and know that one day you will become aware that you aren’t reacting to an old trigger, your aren’t projecting your fears, you didn’t respond or feel the surge of emotion (energy in motion) to an experience. Subtly at first you become aware of just how much this incredible work you are doing has freed you from within. Please continue to celebrate you, not judge, compare or doubt. If only you could truly see the magic that you are, the incredible being you are as the Divine does, as Spirit does, as your heart knows you to be. From this moment today what are you choosing for yourself, make it peace, do your best to allow love, light to move with you and within all you do today, and all days.
