A little pop in
Keep paying attention to when that little inner voice comes up that is the critic, the judge, the labeller and doubt caster on what you are feeling, what you are experiencing, what your current state of BEing is. Bring it all into the heart, allow the inner critic to arrest in the arms of love, of acceptance, of allowance, of knowing that all is well. Bring your Light in, bring the Divine Light of All forth from all sides, all angles to fill you and to dissolve and bring back into a space of knowing, of truth and of love.
We have all been doing the work and moving through some incredibly big inner and planetary transformations, feel when fear becomes bigger than love and bring love to be present, to dissolve your fears. Go within connect with your heart for you cannot create from a space of fear that which you seek, the different, the higher vibrational, the evolved, that which is beyond and past who you were and what you had within your past experiences. The fear of not getting it right, of not actually being able to, of failure may be rearing its head, “can I really do this”, “am I really strong enough”, “am I really worthy” it whispers, the answer dear heart is YES. YES a thousand times over. That which you allowed, that which you accepted that aligned with your older/past version of self doesn’t fit anymore. What you attached yourself to in the past or held on to because you thought you needed to, you needed it (person, place, situation, object, belief, story) is breaking down, its rattling and you dear warrior heart get to choose now what serves, what truly serves your heart, your time, your love, your energy, your breath. Some things may present that surprise you; you may be seeing people, past experiences, or current events from a higher viewpoint, you notice now your boundaries have changed, keep strengthening and redefining them for what you once tolerated you no longer, let it go, keep building, keep creating your new world from within.
You are amazing, remind yourself of that, celebrate your journey, your wins and celebrate what you have walked through powerful Light.
