It’s a Huge Time!

So much is expanding within us at this time, all is preparation for what is to come for us individually, as a planet and Collective. As you dissolve what doesn’t align with your true, your authentic self the stripping away of the old that no longer serves purpose or the path of love you are moving through very significant changes, upgrades, the physical body may feel exhausted, your sleep cycles may be all over the place from one day to the next finding it hard to switch off at night even when tired, waking frequently, light sleep, hydrate, rest, nurture self, in all ways if this is your experience. Try not to create stories around it, it just is.

The work you have been doing whether you are conscious of it or not, that you have been moving through within your outer reality experiences and your internal shifts is preparing you for the newness coming into your life. Don’t lose faith, don’t lose trust in all that is unfolding for you, it may have felt a lot, it may have felt demanding of all of you, know it has been for many, this is a time beyond any we have witnessed. Hold your heart open, reaffirm your faith if you are still finding things testing, all is preparing you to shift and open to more of you, an expanded version of you, a more heart centred and radiant version of you. Please don’t doubt yourself or your process magical light.

Try to restore balance if you have been either overdoing it or even underdoing it, step back a little and nurture fill yourself up and soften or get moving if you have been feeling stagnant to get your energy moving and cycling around. Your heart knows what you need ask it and listen.

Okay so what is coming in as a last minute pop in is there is an emotional release occurring for many, so let the tears fall, let it go, let go of controlling resisting or fighting against, judging how you feel. This feels important and aligned with stepping into the new for us all and as we come to enter into December near the end of this week. As I look up the Moon cycles right on time we see there is a Full Moon. Reminding us to use both wisdom and logic in equal balance, knowing with our logical mind and seeing with Soul through all we are experiencing. Frustration may arise if you feel you aren’t able to get to ‘you’ and what you need due to other responsibilities. Try not to get too wrapped up in emotion here, allow and breathe. Letting go is your freedom dear heart. Detach from story, open to love.
