Be Present

“Be present dear heart hold presence so you may know all that you are, all that is for you in this moment/s of endless time, so you may feel what is present within you, so you may return to again and again pure connection with the sparks of light, the spaces, the love, the luminosity that your being is made up of.

Allow the mind to sink into the heart, allow your choices and decisions, your actions to be from a place of the heart/mind, from grounded wisdom, from a conscious space of love, trust and openness so you may continue to align and connect with all that is meant for you. Keep walking the higher pathways of love dear heart as you are within a time of integration of all travelled this year, let it settle, let yourself adjust and acclimatise to your current newness. Find balance within your busyness that the coming into the end of the year brings and your hearts, your body’s need to replenish and restore. Be thoughtful, be conscious/presence of your choices made/making”.

As you step into December and the last month of this year remember to acknowledge yourself and all you have moved through, be thankful for the support and love around you both seen and unseen. Acknowledge just how much you have grown and shifted, expanded and blossomed. You may not know it in all its magical depth in your head or be able to humanly understand or comprehend it all or see it all have physically unfolded and formed through your inner changes/shifts within your outer world but know so very much has indeed changed. Momentum is building as we head into the last month of the year that really supports all the work you have been doing, that supports your forward movement your readiness and drive to create better, be a more open expanded, truer version of self. This last month feels it will be a little softer, a little gentler energy wise than what we have been travelling through recently.
