Choice – Allow yourself the Grace to be Human

Surrender and come back to be present in your now, yes this may seem something that you hear from many sources or have continued to hear a lot of over the years but the truth is our now moment is where our awakened consciousness is.

I have just finished typing the messages that have come through to accompany the new frequency light code ‘Choice’ (yes this is one of the Light Codes within the Abundance Card Deck that I have spoken of that was co-created for Iyanla’s Abundance Program however the cards do not contain these channelled messages as they were designed for her program, rather she has added certain mantras to the back, the reason I mention this is that CHOICE is coming through rather loud and wanting to be present in front of us as I am typing for the Group.

As we travel this January which is still very much a space of reflection and feeling into where we are at personally, what may still have been carried over whether thought pattern, story, belief, our relationships with others no matter the form that doesn’t feel or sit well, that may still feel a little icky, please know you don’t have to get to everything but be aware that you do have choice, this is your power for self. You are choosing in every moment your path so allow yourself space, kindness,, openness and compassion to just BE however you are, no judgment. There is a lot of, for many, revaluation going on, deeper truths and inner searching taking place so it’s perfectly okay to feel things are a little hazy, a little non-directional, or feel you are still tying up loose ends. Choose you and what you need over pattern, what you feel you should be doing or feel you are obligated to be doing. “Who is writing your story, for it is yours to colour Dear One with each choice made”. Your peace and fulfilment is not and will not be found outside of you, but within your commitment to keep making choice to honour you, to honour and love your body, mind and spirit, your heart, choice after choice. Be aware of old patterns of seeking to comfort or seeking that which is outside of yourself to help fill what may feel a hole or lostness. It is within the uncomfortable and choosing different, going within and feeling, being present with your emotions and reminding yourself you don’t have to be anything but exactly who you are now. Presence is the key that opens the doors to a more expanded self, this is the work to dissolve any attachments and mistruths that have keep you, that have and may continue to distract you from your present moment, from being present. Be aware of the distractions, see them, question them. For all is here for you now, what do you choose, it doesn’t have to be a physical action, why not choose love, hand on your heart go within and choose peace for yourself, all will fall into place within presence. It is time to stop giving your energy to things outside of you and connect with the light, the love with your present awakened self within. Above all allow yourself the grace to be human, lighten up on yourself, choose to change the story you default to and open to compassion instead of judgement, love instead of critical self-talk. A path of greater peace and flow than busyness and distraction. Allow yourself the grace to be human. The journey continues dear heart to return to the truth of who you are, the dissolving of ego.
