Looping Patterns

What is being shown straight away for us today are loops, looping patterns, these connect to expectations what we have become so familiar with that we for example just come to expect a certain outcome or expect we will receive or be treated a certain way, where we have just become complacent with certain aspects of our life that we just tell ourselves this is just how it is. These patterns or loops can be so ingrained we are not aware of them but by bringing this forth and allowing your heart to take this information in we ask that they become more conscious for you so you have opportunity if desired to change them. Notice where you settle or place expectations that are not high vibrational, the roots of such likely go back a very long way, childhood and beyond.

“I (say your name) choose to bring to my conscious awareness any looping patterns currently playing out in this lifetime, according to Universal Law and Divine Will. I stabilise myself with divine intention”.

Many of us hold patterned behaviours that don’t support our heart, body, mind or spirit but rather are comforters and covers to what lies deeper within shadow. There is a Code coming in for this I feel to assist the process. This speaks of where we are perhaps being held back by that which is not fully conscious and ingrained that it has become normal a part of who we are, this work continues to expand you beyond what you believe you are capable of, it is all a part of Souls desire for you to hold greater (true) trust in the process, the path and the Universe, Source guidance and guiding light.

Watch for these patterns playing out within your relationships over the next few days, they may have presented the last few as they guide that the lunar energies coming in may bring up and stir what is already sitting within. All is awareness that guides you to expand beyond the current version of self and dissolve away any need for external validation. Trust your inner guidance, trust you knowing, its all within you.
