Allow, Trust, Smile

Allow any feelings of frustration or not feeling satisfied with your life, where you may feel limited or restricted from actually being able to do, to get to something you desire or the pace in which things all things are unfolding in your outer reality to be settled with the breath as we continue to be called to sink into trust and hold faith in all ways as each day, each hour unfolds. Be realistic with what you feel able to do at this time and what it is you are being asked to hold patience with and within. If you are experiencing a sense of confusion or fogginess about things and you are not sure what is the best action to take just watch that you don’t end up doing from a reactionary or head space because of impatience or frustration to get things done or to try to push the next chapter of your life into being.

Know you are always moving forwards whether you are feeling a little heavy at times a little all in the physical reality of life or feeling light, present and fluid, remember you are always Light filled. Remember whatever you are going through you are always ‘moving through’ you are always in motion as the journey continues to bring love to all versions and all parts of the self, to know and love yourself in all ways knowing you have at all times and in all ways been eternal Love in motion.

You are shifting you are transforming you are releasing what has created (your) illusion of feeling unworthy, unloved, separated from and as you dive deeper and the light shines on what has been held and recycled for so many lifetimes you are being continually reminded of the love that you are. You are emerging dearest heart. Continue to allow you process with gentleness and kindness, an open and compassionate heart.

You are magical, smile and feel the deep inner knowing rise that all is well, all is beautifully unfolding as the butterfly you are again and again as you continue your evolutionary journey
