Todays Message with Love
Many are feeling a sense of being squeezed as their life experiences at this time are feeling all-consuming mentally, emotionally, physically and energetically, they are tired with so much going on within their lives, it feels chaotic and experiences and circumstances are seeming to trigger and bring emotions to the surface. This is the continued clearing and transmuting as the old seeks to drop away, the old beliefs, old patterns, old ways of being seek change, it’s a LOT, it can feel a lot it can feel a vulnerable space, a space that feels so rattling and unfamiliar, it is for some even stirring up old remembrance of being in this space before within past experiences.
Spirit acknowledges this as being a huge time of sweeping change taking place and acknowledgment that some may feel this as all-consuming as if every single thing that you are aware and unaware needs attending to has come up at once. The push or opportunity is strong to shift us into a new way of being to bring us to a point we open and acknowledge that there are new ways of living that are more authentic, serving and aligned with love, peace, freedom to be who you are, who you wish to be not the you that is still attached to old recycling story that keeps you looped in limitation beliefs of what is possible or not for you or who you could be and couldn’t be, conditioning that is the (your) past. We continue to emerge and it has its moments that are (feel) harder and all-consuming than others.
It is a big time as we seem to move in and out of changing experiences, emotions, waves, change is occurring and resistance to the changes that are calling you is being felt, it can feel a lot. Remember you are taking back control, taking back your power and what is being shown to you within certain experiences and encounters is your (ever-present) opportunity to choose for self better. The days of being the people pleaser, the martyr, the controller, the mask wearer are indeed shifting as we are being called to take accountability, responsibility for self in all ways and within all aspects of our lives. We are being shown where we still play out the old roles. But remember you have choice in each moment to choose to do differently, pause remember the pause but also remember you are doing your best, you are doing your best and that IS enough.
This time calls for radical self-care, owning the part we play in all our experiences, choices, actions. Continuing to be aware and make choices from the heart, to pause and recognise, honour when we need to pull back in and tend to self, time out, reflection and allowing our emotions to be present and feel what we need to so we can move forwards. We are always and in all ways exploring deeper healing and clearing, releasing, as we acknowledge, shift and evolve we become open to what lies deeper within but we also open to the magic, the beauty, the love, the miracle that is YOU always present within. The journey may feel harder at times than others, more confusing and not fast enough at times, the journey is all things as we continue to bring into love all parts and all versions of self, to see the beauty the magic and the love present within ALL experiences.
Keep your heart open, you may not feel like it at times but you are transforming and emerging in love in each moment. All serves to bring you back to loving all of you and All.
