Todays Messages with Love

A lot of what we do the work around is about clearing the old limiting perceptions, beliefs, thoughts that we hold about ourselves. The mind is so good at recycling and keeping hold of that which tells us we aren’t good enough, aren’t likeable or worthy enough of success, knowing giving and being open to receiving love in all its forms, abundance, all manner of things. It is the wounds that speak loudest but our wounds are the gifts that call to us to see past what we perceive to be the truth that we think is us and reach further into the heart, to reconnect with the love that we are and that which we are created from. To know ourselves as Whole, to accept and love ourselves and ALL the versions of self we have been, it is to let judgement of all that we perceive has been wrong and is wrong about ourselves and just love, love it all, to let love be bigger than any-thing, to be at peace with all the parts, ways and beauty that we are. “Dear One Source does not judge you so why do you judge yourself?” You don’t have to live up to anyone else’s expectations and in a lot of cases it is the expectations we place on ourselves to be, do act, achieve that creates the discord we feel.

All that has been attempted to be kept hidden or intentionally not seen may have been brought up through this last few days for you to look at, relationships and whatever feels lacking or ignored by another or you may arise or niggle through the emotional body. Little fears, anxieties held within that you may keep trying to push down around your physical body health speaks for some. We are working to be within greater balance with our strength and our softness, doing what we need to (action when called) with gentle flow working and listening with the heart and mind. Where are fears still driving behaviours, what is being kept recycling around, what needs to be broken? Awareness of inner energy emotions that are wanting to find voice or be acknowledged that have been long held.

As we continually process and move through that which we are to there are beautiful creative and supportive/motivational energies present so you may also find that there are periods of lightness and real clarity that comes in, the senses, intuitive knowing, feeling has been turned up a notch or two for many and we now walk within our world in a way that we are acutely aware of the unseen, the energies within all things and how they interact, receiving huge amounts of information at once, our eyes (not our physical eye sight) has been opening and it can feel that you are walking within a different world where things feel turned up. Keep commitment to nurture movement and physical body health as it calls to be ‘upgraded’ also, anchoring into the base chakra and the earth.

Remember your ability to grow and change is ever present, flow open to love and all possibilities for your life, for you are just as the Universe is, ever changing
