Nurture Your Inner Realm

Stay with/within yourself, do the work, use your sacred tools and practices that support and give to you that fill you up, that allow release of emotional build up, mental recycling of anything that speaks within limitation and unworthiness. This is the message for all of us as we navigate through the journey from one day to the next, change is so active it always has been but we are noticing it so much more as time itself seems sped up, feeling its impact and the sense of lack of time in our immediate lives and in our world. You already know what serves you and what doesn’t, you know and feel the almost immediate result of your choices, your words as you feel the energy moving within you and have become more aware of the power of your thoughts to manifest and create. As you (we) continue to choose to transform the old ways as old emotional blocks are revealed through memory or similar experience that triggers a form of emotional remembrance of a past pain we are offered opportunity to be present with it, to allow, to witness and to choose to allow love, greater acceptance, forgiveness to assist in its transformation, or not and get caught up in the shadow of it.

The awareness of your inner workings, emotions, feeling energy moving within you, recognising the sensations that choice, thought or that you are sensing from another person, place, thing has amplified for many your ability to know yourself. So when you feel emotion (energy in motion) within you communicate with it, ask it questions from the heart, ask the subconscious mind what is this I am feeling, what is this connected to and go with the first response, knowing. If you don’t receive anything that is perfectly okay also you may receive insight another time or through other means (dreams, experience, intuited).

Your awareness is heightening to the truth that you ARE Light, you are Spirit in human vessel having an Earth experience, you are energy, all is energy and has an energy field that interacts with your field, your Light is a part of the whole and you get to dance within it all. Nurture your inner sanctuary, your energy, your love and watch it transform your outer world and how you walk within it.

For those that need to hear these –

– To choose you is not selfish it does not mean you don’t care or blind yourself to what others have going on, to choose to honour your boundaries and say no is not selfish, to choose peace or to walk away is not uncaring or ignoring it is looking after your inner peace for your own wellbeing and sanity and at times we all need to do that for so many of us have been conditioned to believe that being in service means sacrificing the self for others, you serve your best when you are full which means giving to yourself and can then overflow your abundant love, energy and time from a space of grounded and connected wisdom.

– Where are you allowing a past experience or old story to reenforce your belief that you will get what you got last time, that something is not possible because it didn’t work out last time you tried. Where can you hand it over, perhaps journal and release the emotion that may be sitting with the experience that didn’t work out as you had hoped last time and cut cords with the little voice at the back of your mind that tells you it’s not going to happen. Reframe it to be “I trust that what I desire may not come to me in the way shape or form I am expecting it to, but I am open to all possibilities as I trust that I will receive for my highest and greatest good what I need that best serves me moving forwards”. When we hold to outcome and expectation we block the flow of possibility for things to come in for us in other ways we hadn’t imagined.
