Worthiness and Choice

There is a feeling that we have shifted into a time of deep grounding and earthing, really anchoring in to our bodies as we continue to integrate all we have moved through, which has been deep clearing, reconfiguring and activations. So taking care of the body, movement is great even when you don’t particularly feel like it, yes it can be a fine line to push to do it when the head can’t be bothered and really listening to when you need to rest and be quiet so be aware of taking the easy way out and not doing. Getting the blood moving, oxygen circulating. Care for the body and the self is coming in strongly, do for you nurture your being in all ways. Movement really helps you get back into the body to be present and grounded. Remember we are Light in human form, Soul and as we hold and embody greater levels of light we need to be anchored and grounded in our human physical form. It is why many have felt deep fatigue, tiredness, lethargy as the physical body is undergoing such deep transformational change.

At the same time we are being shown exactly where what we have moved past, the old beliefs, patterns and habits, stories that we have been recycling again and again, choice calls us ever forwards, things are very clear, we are able to see, know, feeling so much more connected and aware of self that we are much more confident in our ability to make the right choice that better serves or feel courageous enough to do differently, to speak up, to take a leap of faith. The ways in which we have been limiting ourselves, holding ourselves back and keeping ourselves, consciously and unconsciously stuck in place, restricted rather than expanded are coming up for our review, choice presents. Awareness to your inner critic, your negative and toxic self-talk, what are you creating, what are you birthing. I pulled a card today from the Abundance Deck and look at what we have been given, the message of the last two days continues, Worthiness with the added message of Choice. Bless, all is well.
