Todays Messages with Love

Be aware of what is being given to you, what opportunities are presenting as we are being given beautiful invitation through the Universe to expand. It doesn’t mean following blindly and saying yes to everything, discernment is always best however listen to your heart, trust your knowing, whilst being open and receptive, explore, get curious and wonder more, what is possible for me, what more is possible? There is a real expansive energy felt present with us and this is welcome change having come through the last month or so being very much a time of deep clearing and purging, a time for many of being in the thick of it, one thing after another, and yes it was as all has felt sped up, accelerated. This expansiveness is being shown as our field expanding further out and attracting, drawing to us more of what we want, what we have dreamed, asked for. And whilst this is usually spoken of as occurring from within and drawing to us what we match vibrationally there is also this energy being shown that is coming to us (I may not be explaining this very well but hopefully it is understandable enough).

The work over the last few months, the experiences, emotions and releasing you have moved through brings you to arrive more grounded within your sense of personal power, the awakening and greater realisation that you are more than you thought yourself to be, more capable than you thought or believed yourself to be. Can you see, feel and acknowledge the shifts that have taken place within you over the last six months, over the last year, can you see how much you have moved through and how this HAS expanded and widened your beliefs of self and all possible? As you read this now can you acknowledge and celebrate you and all you have travelled to arrive at this exact moment in time/now?

Whether you notice, feel or hold conscious awareness of it or not there is what is being shown as a coming together within the self, landing within a newer clearer and more anchored version of self and yes for some it may feel there is still a little settling in to do still, this is perfect. One day may feel tiring, one uplifting, the next needing to be alone or feeling quiet and reflective, the one after you are firing with ideas and call to action, no judgment calls as this is the way to be moving forwards in all ways, drop the story or creation and attachment to story around how you feel, it just is, you just are, just be. Remember giving to the self and nurturing you by listening to what you need that supports your body, mind and spirit, your joy is non-negotiable. Do you notice the resistance within your being when you try to be who you once were, the old ways of being the martyr, the people pleaser, being on autopilot and going about your day unconsciously aware of self and what you are choosing. And yes many still choose to be within these programs and again that is perfectly okay, you do you, but notice how it gets hard, things, little things may go awry or you come up against block after block, even be put to stop with a cold to get you to see with love that you can’t step back into those old programs. Many of us still step in and out, this is our continued practice and learning, self-mastery in motion.

This current space feels like a springboard into new things, new opportunities as spoken of arriving. This goes hand in hand or hand in heart with letting go. And for some it may bring up that you are ready to not necessarily forgive or embrace but let go of what the heart has felt as betrayal, deceit, trust being broken no matter what aspect of life this has been within. There may be grief, loss, sadness that is still being held that is ready to be released as the part we may have played within these experiences, interactions, circumstances is felt and seen more clearly. Let the pain out, give it permission to dissolve. It’s okay it really is we are here to learn to grow to evolve this is what we are here for, and to rise, again, and again. So don’t be hard on yourself or sink back into the raw emotion of it but hand on your heart let it go, let it go…. Forgive yourself if anything else so you don’t carry the shame, blame or guilt around. Cut cords with it hand it over. Deeper layers of healing connected with these experiences are coming up, the lunar energies may also be connected here. See the beauty in release, see the beauty in your growth see the beauty in the healing and the love you are always surrounded with and always supported with. Let the regrets go, the expectations, the wanted outcomes that you have may have held on to around healing or reconciling a certain relationship with another. Time to lay it down and allow it to be however it is, knowing that if it arises again you are being offered the gift of deeper exploration.

Open to the new, know and trust that you are ready and more than able to step out and explore new pathways, to go beyond the familiar, let go of what we have become used to, to attachment and dare to dream beyond what you know to be. Be aware any frustrations and irritation you may feel around where you think you should be and where you actually are, all in its time, all is perfect timed for you.

And as always and in all ways take what resonates within and leave the rest to be.
