Lunar Waves

Within each moment of awareness to anger, to irritation, to frustration, to remembrance of all the times, places, situations and circumstances where you have found yourself deep within despair, sorrow, feeling the inner turmoil, continue to come back to the heart, back to love, love calls you dearest Light to rest in its strength, rest here dearest Soul Light, rest here a moment and breathe, may you be reminder again and again that you are not your emotions, your stories, your trauma, your past experiences. Feel the emotion as it moves through you, recognise the thoughts that cycle through your mind but do not allow them to smother you. Rest in the arms of love.

There feels a deep sense of things being shaken you may feel this within your nervous system, feel flutters within the heart the throat as what is wanting to be changed or restructured calls you. Please know that all is really truly seeking to empower you but you may not be depending on how you are processing these lunar waves incoming be in a space to recognise the gifts being given just yet as you may be too within the feelings/thoughts. That which you have been working on, the shadow stirs another layer ready to be danced within. Remember you can feel the energies shifting a few days either side of the Full Moon in a few days.

This jitteriness to call it that will be felt differently for all as you navigate your own unique journey. The old is still seeking to be let go of and what you haven’t been able to action or allow may be coming up as a sense of disruption within. It may bring up a sense of hopelessness, a sense of loss of direction of purpose, know nothing is wrong allow the winds of change and transformation to blow through you allow what is ready to be revealed and exposed to be. Do you in gentleness and kindness as much as possible. It may feel that things are lost but they are not, far from it, far from it. Endings or perceived endings are a gifted rewriting and aligning. You are not alone we are all together as One.
