Todays Messages with Love on this last day of May

Keep going is the message that is whispered softly. There is a change a shift in energies that will be coming in as we step into June tomorrow, it is bringing a renewed sense of optimism and hope for the future, a renewed trust in our ability to navigate anything that comes our way, despite the outer worlds goings on, in a better way, a reinforced knowing that we are the drivers and creators of our reality and we ARE choosing and actioning better choices that hold a higher resonance of harmony. And yes this is not always easy but our awareness and ability to see with greater speed and insight when we do choose from an old well-worn go-to pattern and reaction from trigger and wound points is creating inner change. These new energies incoming are bringing a little lift which can bring a much needed renewal of your sense of purpose and direction forwards. Know its perfectly okay to not always feel clear as you travel your path as our ‘humanness’ does bring up doubt and fear, it tends to be very good at the creation of story around things we experience. Your growing awareness of self is serving you well here to reset, clear and choose.

When things come up that feel testing, breathe, pause and see that this is perhaps opportunity being given to do differently, to choose, act, speak, react differently than perhaps how we once would have. We continually practice walking the earthed human and spiritual/light path and as said yesterday we are merging our human experience and our spiritual experience to walk as the divine humans we are, flesh and light, we are always in walking practice and self-mastery. Take a breath before reaction/response where possible and remember if you react first from a wounded aspect and you see it know it after, it’s perfectly okay, you are aware and you will get to choose again when another experience interaction or circumstance arises. It’s not for you to get caught up on or dive into, it just is, now do your best to move on from it without sinking into it. It’s never a step back only forwards. Feel your emotional response to the situation, notice your body’s response, your hearts response, your minds response, go within, cut through the story and just be with it, let it move and shift, is the mind holding the energy of it in place can you take the mind into the heart and give yourself permission to let it go, let the emotional response go. When you bring it to the heart what is there within this that is needed to be learned, what wisdom sits here for you, start to go deeper within your feelings and you discover the beautiful gems. Perhaps it is just to be let go of, simple as that, let it/you be free.

And for those hat need to hear this – do you know its perfectly okay to choose for you what is best, it may not be what another close to you agrees with or what is ‘expected’ of you but Spirit wants you to know it is okay. Your body may react to you choosing you in all manner of ways, nervous system especially as it is not used to you choosing this for yourself so it may go into all manner of response. Don’t allow this to fool you into thinking it’s not the right choice or you are being selfish or silly, choosing you, in choosing you, you are changing habits and patterns of lifetimes, no easy task and it has to come from within you, but you can do it. You are safe and supported as you step out of your, what has been, cocoon and take a breath in to a whole new empowered way of being.
