Todays Messages with Love

Keep being true to you dearest heart, whilst being aware of anywhere that you may be allowing stubbornness to mean that you are not open to flexibility or room to move within certain situations. Keep an open heart and a loving presence with all and within all and allow that love to not only move mountains but pave the way to greater ease and peacefulness within all you do, all you encounter and interact with.

A loving reminder that all that occurs in your life, all you experience only holds the amount of space and place that you allow it to. And your focus on it whether from a space of neutrality, love or other emotion also. You choose through your perspective your experience within anything. Continue to let go of what is not important, keep what matters, what holds value to you. See where your perspective has changed and therefore what perhaps needs to be removed, rearranged, or given more love and focus to it.

Remember to be aware of what is cycling within your mind throughout your day, pause and check in with yourself, this allows you to see more clearly on what and where your energy is being given, what is perhaps influencing your thoughts that has come in from outside. For example another’s gossip, world matters, another’s projected behaviour (shadow). It is perfectly okay to think about things but when it becomes something that is affecting your natural peaceful state of beingness then perhaps it is time to do a little clearing up, cut cords, detach and be more mindful of what you are taking in unconsciously through other means such as social media, the news, what you are choosing to be absorbed by the conscious and subconscious mind. When you become aware of the mind attaching to things that are not your responsibility or outside of your control, outside of self, release it with love by taking three deep breaths into the heart space, hands on your heart, eyes closed, come back to being present within yourself, with yourself, within your body and allow your heart light to expand around you.

Remember you have the power to choose to return to love in every moment. Be present with your emotions and detach from anyone or anything else. You can be a compassionate, loving and supportive being to all whilst remaining neutral and not taking on what is not yours. You hold the power to allow or not allow something or someone to have effect on or over you. (there are other circumstances that go beyond this and those that know will know what I am referring to but that is not for here or this post). This message is one of remembering your power and maintaining a space of love peace and harmony within and thus one that radiates out to all. Maintain your inner sanctuary feed it, replenish it, LOVE IT and give your physical body what it needs and you will feel more grounded, more stable and centred within loving presence that you will find a lot more just washes over you. Be centred in your own Light, radiate it brightly.

For those that need to read it – Are you being too picky with something, is the perfectionist within you actually sabotaging you taking a step, is it in fact holding you back? Is the learning here to trust and let go, release control? Has this in fact been the message for a long time, learning to trust and let go of controlling, being immoveable/rigid, to hand it over, the Divine has you. And when you do witness the miracles that start to unfold as your trust is rewarded.
