Be Present
Learning to keep coming back to be present within the body, within the heart allows us to feel, see, and experience everything that each moment has to offer us. Within true presence all our senses are engaged, we are able to receive and pick up on all information rather than when we are out of our hearts, all within the head and the distraction of the busyness created in our lives, the stories of the mind that are many a time not helpful. Coming back to being present allows us to just witness to feel all that is going on within us, all that is communicated to us through our physical body’s, and that which is without us (outside of us) you are connected to the moment, to all occurring in that moment rather than within the mind and the next job we will spend our energy, time and focus on.
Keep stopping for a moment in time in your day, close your eyes take three deep breathes into the heart and come back into the body to be present for in presence all is available to you, All is accessible, it is the space of pause where you allow yourself to feel, know and witness but also for a moment hold a space of openness and neutrality. Feel (allow) your attachment to anything go, feel yourself in this space of and moment of peace, connected to all, attached to nothing, yet as the fully feeling and aware being you are. You truly do not lack anything for you hold in this moment all you need within you, you are coming back to this knowing, this truth as you let limitation and the stories of the mind and experiences created go. In a moment of pause and heart connection everything is present with you now, you are all things and all things are you, this moment is all that matters. Keep coming back to being present, reset from the mind into the heart as often as you remember to and you over time will find that it becomes natural practice more and more. Greater awareness of all information available to you being streamed to you and being transmitted through all things for there is so much more than meets the eyes, heart connection, pause and neutrality, presence, allows you to pick up on what is unseen yet always present. It is expanding your awareness to include more of your multidimensional BEingness. And of course this depends on your belief systems your openness to all possibilities and your expanded awareness.
Be flexible within all things as so much is still wanting to and in the midst of shifting and changing and this allows you to move with greater ease and grace with what wants to be. Resistance only serves to make things ‘feel’ harder. Bring your consciousness to every-thing. Come back within when things outside of you in your world feel a little too in your face or all consuming, reset, reconnect, recentre and revisit presence again and again.
