Todays Messages with Love

There is a distinct wave of uncertainty being felt, things feel a little shaken and you may be experiencing this in different ways and to varying degrees in your thoughts or life experiences at present. As we enter July today try not to get to attached to the stories or the heavy or negative thoughts or what you may be sensing or feeling. So if things don’t feel so together or stable over the next few days try not to attach to it too much, you may have more questions than answers and some things that felt certain or stable may feel upended. And what goes with this is a feeling of heaviness or better put a real lack of get up and go or motivation may feel hard to find, the physical body may feel heavier. What is also coming in is the dream state, sleep may feel light on or you are revisiting old experience, people in dreams.

Draw on what helps support your physical body, good food (although you may be more drawn to sweet treats or solid foods (bread, pasta) to comfort) rest, sacred practices. What is also coming in with this is how we support ourselves to feel safe, to feel secure and whether we allow ourselves to receive from others. The nervous system is being highlighted so be aware of treating yourself with the love and compassion, kindness you deserve and desire.

There is a lot coming in around learnings recycling, karma revisiting, whether this shows up in your outer experiences or you are being shown through the dream state, taking responsibility for the part you play/ed in each and every experience, interaction, circumstance, being accountable for your actions, words, reactions is important, deeper healing and wisdom is available, even little gifts. All supports, all guides, all is a gift if you unpack it to its core

Keep choosing love and keep leaving fear out of your heart. Keep seeking to expand and we do this when we trust no matter the emotion of a particular event or experience that there is growth, wisdom and promise when we keep our hearts open to love, for love is within all and all has purpose and reason for being it is just harder to see at times.

So if you feel a little shaken or uncertain know this too shall pass. Keep your heart light on remember what you focus on you are feeding, giving your energy to.
