Courageously Expand Beyond

You evolve you blossom you grow and you create from within. Courageous are those yes that choose to do the inner work, which choose to face the shadow that has laid dormant for it is you that are choosing to rise, to grow and expand beyond your current version of self that you know to be you to open to greater possibility, to truth that you are so much more and so much more is possible for you.

The lunar energies are with us as well as the awareness to movement connected with the 8/8 portal incoming. As always look after your body, listen and act on your knowing of what it needs as you may feel the continued purging of the old, honour the old woundings that may arise, instead of getting irritated or frustrated at what seems a revisit you thought you had moved past. Support yourself with love, see the journey as only leading you to greater peace for it is.

If you feel a little confused or muddied in thoughts around your path, decisions and choices at this time, trust what is actually coming forth for you not what you think should be happening, let preconceived ideas and outcomes go and hand it all over, listen to the inner voice, find space to go within and shut down the chatter of what you may have taken in from well meaning others or outside collective chatter. The answers are within and if you are supposed to know you will know and if not yet trust be patient and allow the greater picture and path to reveal itself step by step in time. Again it may not be what you had envisaged or expected so don’t assume it is wrong or not coming together if it doesn’t look like what you thought it would. Instead of seeing it as not happening for you, not possibility reinforce your intentions, keep it simple as the Divine may have a better way of getting you there and/or a different path you hadn’t considered. See if you can sink your teeth into something that brings lightness, something creative and fun, get out and if you are able allow the suns rays to fill you. Rather than see only that which you feel you have lost, that which has perhaps ended, or the door that has closed, see the growth and transformation that you have moved through, the cycles of death and rebirth in motion, and celebrate yourself, look to the future with hope, trust and love and remember to allow yourself the grace to be human amongst it all.

Self-doubt may arise as a result of not feeling clear at this time around your path and directional choices to be made. Recognise it but don’t feed it, this is old, judging the self being overly critical or sinking into feeling a victim is old pattern. Recognise it and cancel it out, things may not be clear but that is perfectly okay, it DOES NOT mean you are going backwards, or are a failure or have failed in any form, recognising self-doubt and attached stories that only serve to keep you in place, small and stagnant, feeling restricted or limited is what you are working to heal through and learn from. You can witness yourself and all playing out within your being, your mind and love yourself through it without sinking into it and reattaching deeper to the old wound. This is such BEATIFUL growth dearest heart, this is empowerment courageous heart and this moves you forwards and opens you to so much more. You are ready to step beyond the comfort zones you have created, they are ready to be stretched even if just a little, little by little. Your perception of self either allows you to expand or stay still, so continue to recognise and cancel out the critical chatter and step into your empowerment each breath at a time
