Todays Messages with Love

Everything is choice dear heart, within every-thing there is a choice point, it may not feel that you have choice in a moment of circumstance, it may feel your choice was taken away from you or controlled by something outside of yourself yes but even then you have choice for you always have choice as to how you react, whether you resist, fight, or walk away, how you think and therefore how you feel. So you see there is never a wrong choice made, just experience and the gifts of wisdom, learning and growth. Please stop being so harsh or overly critical at what you perceive to be a wrong choice, reaction, word, be responsible for it yes, own it yes and then make choice from that place of realisation, for in that moment you have choice to do with it next as you want, so what are you choosing? Make from that choice point a higher aligned choice that comes from love and leave your stories of what could have or would have been go, create from this moment of realisation.

These are big times we are within yes, as a planet, a collective, as individuals, and as a part of the whole, One.  We continue to let all fall away and as we do we allow space to be present within us where grief, sadness, shadow once was, we are open to more of who we truly are, love, as we bring into love all the parts that we don’t love now. This journey is all about knowing ourselves to be beyond what we have dreamed possible or imagined, to know ourselves as unconditionally limitless beings. So continue to allow all that is less than to release, the journey not an easy one no as we are not only doing the work for this lifetime but across all lifetimes. We are rising from density into the light-ness of being, BEing free, free from the old beliefs, stories, contracts, karma and conditioning that has weighted us down. Keep listening to the messages of your heart, keep making choices that support you and your whole being as it journeys. Recognise your triggers, listen to your knowing, your body as it clues you in to what you are working within and what has arisen as opportunity to heal deeper aspects of, to make new choice within, or not, to recycle or expand beyond.

You are, and they wish this to be repeated, you are making great steps forwards, never backwards, remember change is occurring from the inside out, don’t allow old wounds to lead you to believe you are not moving or you are stuck. Don’t allow the ego and the mind’s recollection of experience, emotions feeling that it ties to, to pull you down and lead you to believe you are back where you once were. Allow your process with as much strength, compassion and kindness for yourself and remind yourself when an old wound is triggered that you have choice now, with your new and growing awareness of self, see from a higher perspective that it is the wounded aspect recalling and love yourself. Deep breath, I am not my past, I am not my stories, I am not what others think of me, I am not stuck. I am growing, I am expanding, and I am most definitely moving forwards for I am a powerful, love filled, intelligent being and I am transforming, I am emerging in each moment whether I recognise it or not in this point in time. I remind myself change is subtle, I remind myself to be patient not only with myself but others for I recognise that they too are within their process, and each can only come from where they are at within their beliefs and knowing in that moment.

Be aware of any irritability playing out within you or displayed by others, best to let things go, take a breath. Walk on by! This is just an awareness to current energies moving through this morning. These higher frequencies are really propelling our growth, our change our transformation and it is not at times easy for the physical body or the mind to process. Your beliefs and perceptions are changing as you do the inner work as you allow and flow with what presents and make higher choices from a space of love, so we don’t repeat the experiences and patterns.
