Go Within

Come back within the heart whispers softly, it whispers to the mind, it whispers to the emotions, it whispers to the body, come back within and sit within loves soft embrace. All is well it truly is. That which is outside of you is not you, come back within the heart whispers softly and lay your worries at the door, enter the realm of love. For within the heart, within love is where you reconnect with and remember your divinity and your ever present connection with the Divine, absolute love in the highest.

The next few weeks will see a rise, an unearthing of what we are now each individually ready to move through. Soul is ready the human may feel perhaps a little hesitant or weary as we have been moving through a lot. What we have ignored or resisted knowing, that which has been completely unseen until now, what is ready to be completed, healed. Do not turn away dear heart but stand within courage and ‘allow yourself the space to process, to learn, to grow through what presents for you for it will only recycle back around if you choose to gloss over it. You are more than ready and more than able, you got this, stand tall and allow all your feelings to have space to be present, allow all the emotions to be present, allow all your thoughts the space they need to move and shift from fear, doubt or other to come to a space of realisation, acceptance, allow them to move as they need as you process and integrate. The other side of your what may feel a little annoyance, a bit of a hurdle or greater, is newness, a new space created within. Can you feel the freedom in that, take a breath can you feel the space, smile dearest heart for you get to create and colour this space how you wish to. The beauty in your courage to heal is indescribable! The endings that may seem so very hard or painful are opening you to newness, new opportunity, new direction, new life. Allow your whole being to process, allow yourself time as everything moves and shifts within you TRUST dear heart for you are actually thriving and you will look back and see the journey that you are within now for what it is, magical rebirthing.

Remember the best way through anything is to listen to what you need, give to the self, allow space to just be, hold an open compassionate heart but being aware of and letting any judgement fall away, do what fills you up what feeds you, the sacred practices that nurture and raise your vibration.
