A Deeply Transformative Month on all levels

Its going to be a highly transformative month so it’s best to try to not attach to things, not assume or expect and open to the unexpected. There is being shown a deep clearing or purging occurring and each will feel this differently depending on where each Soul is on its evolutionary journey. As we are birthing anew from the inside out. that which has sat in trauma, grief, density, shadow is triggered for clearing. It can be an emotional and mental challenge, it can feel that life is not in your control or your physical and emotional sensations lead you to feel or believe you are out of control to varying degrees. If this is you can you pause, stop, take three deep breathes in and out of your being, in and out of your heart space, through the nose and out the mouth, long and deep, hands on your heart close your eyes and just pause. In this moment remind yourself that all is okay, your emotions are energy (energy in motion) and what is occurring is this energy is moving within you, slow it down, come back to centre, reset, ground, pause. You don’t have to solve everything that feels unresolved or have all the answers for the uncertainty you feel about your life. You don’t need to know the outcomes can you just do now in this moment, just do now. Answers at this time are likely hard to find, clarity hard to come by this will shift and change, the fog will clear and give way to insight flowing soon enough, the doubt will lift and your sense of trust will feel restored. As we shift into higher consciousness that which is lower or dense must and will fall away so again Spirits message is that its okay to feel however you are feeling but do try to recognise if you are slipping into blame, anger, judgement, being overly self-critical of you or your journey, life choices as this only serves to sink you deeper into it all. If this occurs recognise that what you need to do is care for yourself, support yourself, allow another to support you, open to receive. Perhaps it is letting the tears fall and release that is needed. The ego doesn’t do well with change, the mind can get loud and lost in story that is unhelpful. Awareness is key, pause, three deep breaths, reset, recentre, ground.

Your sense of trust, your ability to truly trust yourself or others may come up again through trigger, they may seem to arise out of nowhere, old experiences recalled through similar emotions felt around betrayal, loss, where you felt wronged in some way. All is connected to not feeling in control or not feeling worth. Deeper layers being revealed to process and heal. If situation arises how can you do differently, see differently, or react differently here?

Your transformation is leading you to greater possibility, potential, opportunity, the clearing a necessary part of your journey. You are stepping through the door to living as more of your truest authentic selves, you are not falling apart even as things fall away. You are not dying you are being beautifully reborn from the inside out. If you feel you are stuck, you are not, if you feel nothing is really happening you cant progress, all is well, everything is as it is to be, try not to overthink it all but surrender in trust to what is, knowing that it will change. Time feels sped up but at the same time as if there is no time, our sense of just ‘now’ is becoming very real to many as all seems/feels merged.

Smile dearest hearts all is well, do you to the best of your loving ability, look after yourself, be patient as all unfolds and look for the beauty in all things, the beauty within you ever present, always shining. Connect with the gifts of nature in all its splendour it is truly medicine fro the Soul.
