Trust what Arises IS Propelling you Forwards

For some the heart may feel as if it has burst open, the emotions unstoppable as what can no longer be kept hidden, or acceptable rises with power. An unexpected return of very, very, old emotions connected to past or current relationships, dreams, that is walking you back over old connections.

When we are doing the inner work and we are seeking to step out, step it up and choose to create better what will occur is the rise of what stands in the way of that. For example when working with the Sirius Star Activation you are activating your ‘I can’ and ‘I allow’, so what may be standing in the way and jutting up against that energetically, what is blocking your flow will shake to the surface. As we fire up the I can and I allow energies we are shown what we need, another piece of the jigsaw another step is revealed. This peeling back, this piece may feel painful, you may feel all too sick and tired, physically fatigued by the journey at this time, go gently with it and within it allow the flow of what needs to be for you to open to more of your power, your light. We are within what feels to be quite choppy energies at present, try to not allow the mind to get to sucked into the stories that are connected to the emotions that rise, this reflection or recall of past events, situations, relationships does not come to tear you down although it may feel that you have gone two steps back, you haven’t, allow it to show you, to open you to what you are ready to heal another layer of, let go of, forgive, release so you can shine brighter.

When we have the old arise and it feels all too present with/within us it will greatly serve to be very aware of what you are allowing to be present with your energy, person, place, thing, what you are letting in visually ,what is actually being taken into the subconscious mind. Perhaps some things need to just be put on hold for now, that conversation possibly best left that you have been meaning to have until you have processed through what has arisen for you, so you can communicate from a more centred and empowered, peaceful space. There is a real push energy and then at the same time our inner being is seeking calm and slow pace so it feels conflicting, jarring and can end up creating confusion or feelings of being ungrounded or scattered. Communication is being highlighted, it may feel hard to bite your tongue within certain situations and with certain people, possibly those closest if there are unresolved issues. See that what is arising is perfect for there is indeed more to heal.

This week it feels best to be mindful of how you may be judging yourself or others, be aware of the trigger or projection, choose wisely so you don’t add more to your plate. Allow your emotions to flow however they need to be without seeing things as either falling apart of wrong for there is a gift within all things, all experiences, an opening, a blossoming that may not be able to be witnessed just yet but it is so. The winds of change continue to blow be at peace as best you can with what is shifting what is arising for clearing and deeper understanding, integrate and the gift of wisdom given. We are within what feels a deep dive but all only serves to propel us forwards or it is being shown as catapulting us at speed forwards, so really getting us to where be need to be to come into better alignment. We either choose to recycle and repeat or evolve by looking at how we are choosing to react or communicate within a certain experience, how we choose to judge ourself, others, our emotions. By being aware of our old patterns and where we may slip into blame, shame and/or guilt and seek to choose differently, choose to act, react and allow with compassion, kindness, love and higher wisdom, this is where we make powerful change happen.
