Love to All

Its a BIG energy at the moment there is so much happening astrologically which I don’t dive into but am aware of. I was called to not be present on social media today or connect with anything really information wise as I am also within process of integrating a big healing. I did want to pop in to say if you are feeling it or feeling within the thick of things, the body may be feeling it in all manner of ways you are not alone. Rest, hydration and go softly, look after you. Pushing through is a thing of the past or you will find most likely if you try to adopt the old ways you are brought to a halt in some way.
