Todays Messages with LOVE
Everything in our worlds is expanding, being stretched, there is so much shifting, endings beginnings it’s all going on. WE ARE growing, we are evolving through all experiences, situations and circumstances we are being stretched to expand beyond the current version which still holds a lot of old versions of self in aspects (beliefs) and awaken to more of who we are. The lunar energy, the cosmic energy, the planetary energy doesn’t do anything ‘to’ us it only illuminates, shines light on and rattles what is still sitting in shadow, the light triggers what is hidden. It is all a gift it may feel tricky and exhausting to navigate at times but it is a gift, the gift to explore more of yourself, to uncover more of your magic, to realise the courage, strength, and power you hold. It’s a learning in patience and flow, surrender and allowing. Choose wisely what you engage within as you honour yourself, your needs, your emotional, energetic and physical needs. Remember change is constant because you feel one way one day doesn’t mean the next, or even the next hour will be the same, the more we can detach from judgement and overthinking every little thing and just allow with love and nurture the better. Stop seeing things as happening to us and see them as happening for us, for us to expand and shine. We are being reminded of the power we hold that is free will choice, we get to choose the story for ourselves, we are the painters. Bring the light into the fear story, the doubt story, the overwhelm story to assist you to move through whatever it is that may be arising for you. Yes this expansion at times can feel all sorts of things, it is how we choose to look at it, how we then choose to move through it no matter emotion, sensation that may be our current experience that is key, this is a big part of our learning. ALL is a gift when you can remind ourselves again and again if needed, hold this close with trust and knowing within your heart, mind and body you are helping yourself move through with greater ease.
Be aware of the tapes that run in your mind that say ‘I have to’ that the mind has made a rigid routine or not negotiable. Is it really? and is it really serving you best does it feel good for you to do in your now or are you not listening and unconsciously choosing/doing? Things are changing and listening to the body’s needs, your emotional and energetic needs is the new not negotiable and maybe that means stepping back or relaxing the rigidity of what the mind has always told you ‘you have to do’. Anything that says ‘I have to’ probably needs to be looked at, you don’t have to do anything. This is also a part of expanding beyond the old programs.
Within expansion are openings, open your mind, open your heart and allow what more is possible for you to find you, meet it with your heart, meet it with love for it is within the choice of love that all is found, you are love at your core.
All is truly well, big times, big expansion, big energies, bring in a whole lot of BIG LOVE.
