Todays Messages with Love – A little long!

Restructuring and letting go (this has been continual process) of what is no longer aligned. Your beliefs have been coming up for review, where you hold a belief that isn’t aligned with who you are, love in the highest, belief systems that sit within lack which have only created a sense of separation, from self, from others, from what is possible (limitlessness) from Source, the Divine (it doesn’t matter the name you call your Higher Power it is all One, unconditional Love).

Frustration is felt, hopelessness, stuckness may be felt by some as when we feel we are not where we should be, those ideas and ideals that we have created for ourselves if we feel they haven’t been met then it is easy to slip back into lack beliefs and the self-critic comes out to play within the mind which only amplifies these present beliefs. This is a space of time we are within that we can best serve ourselves to recognise where we are still trying to create, action, do from force, from the head, from old beliefs that still cycle that say we have to achieve, we have to do to be worthy, we ‘have to have to have to’. Continually trying to control the way shape or form something wants to be, and not allowing in trust yourself to be in flow. When we resist the natural unfolding that wants to be, believe things are taking too long, we can get tied up in all form of emotion, frustration, anger, blame, loss, sadness triggered from our lack beliefs, which actually makes us feel further away that ever from that happy place we so want for ourselves. We have been called to pull back so we can come back within, so we can recognise that we don’t have to do or be anything, just be, for this is where true joy lies, being okay with ourselves just as we are. Let the pressure to be anything else than who you are in this moment go.

What’s been coming up for you have you been noticing where you feel under pressure, what brings you this sense of feeling restricted, can you look at what you are saying yes to and what you can cut back on, how can you release the pressure and are some things that you feel are a ‘have to’ really a have to? or are they habit, routine engrained or something that you have taken on for another that is not your responsibility and only serves to take the experience they need to have from them?

Have you been receiving clear message as little drop in, little thought that asks you to stop, take time to be still, to sit with the heart and feel into your emotions and what they are expressing, what are YOU needing, are you considering yourself or still caught up in the busyness of overdoing for others as way to feel safe and secure to feel needed and worthy, loved? You are worthy just by being you not by what you do. The heart calls you to choose you and find your sense of peace within no-thing, a hard and uncomfortable space for those of us that are always busy or have been conditioned to believe that doing means success or a successful life.

The answers you seek are within you they are not going to be found outside of you, you may get a hint or a lightbulb moment from seeing or hearing something, reading something but the main body of what you are seeking is within you, the truth is within you. This is what the journey is all about to come to remember self as a divine being, a creator being of your life, that you are a part of never separated from Divine Love, from love. Anything that feels a shake up within your life or feels it has come out of seemingly nowhere has come with a message, a gift and likely change that has been needed. Really listen and recognise any roadblocks or obstacles that keep popping up on your path what are they trying to show you as Spirit is really trying to get the message across to you to help you move forwards, open to more.

This time for many may feel one of still feeling within the cave, within a space of reflection but there is another energy coming forth, it beckons us to step out into the light, take what we have learned, dust ourselves off and stand tall, we are still working with letting go and releasing but we are gently encouraged now to draw from and bring our new sense of worth, love and hope forwards, our commitment to the self to explore more of what feels joy-filled/full to us. Resistance may be felt, or a sense of I’m not ready and this is where we have to listen and be true/truthful to ourselves, is it old pattern or belief speaking or is it we just need more time to just be from all that we have been moving through over the last months, it has been intense for so many. You have been working a lot within old beliefs and patterned behaviours so being able to feel, know, sense if it is the mind (your thoughts and intentions) that is actually holding an old belief in place now as you have done the work around it and if what is needed is for you to be strong, bold and enact change do different to finally break free/through here of what you have held in place. We are coming into Eclipse Season again and you will find that this energy will trigger change, will highlight what is still held in lack consciousness within. This is a month of expansion and starting to let your light shine, gently stepping out with newfound resolve and hope to be seen for who you are. Taking a step in a forwards new direction knowing you are supported, you are always and in all ways supported to be the most radiate light that you are. Continue to be kind to you, nurture you, honour your feelings emotions and passage, your process of continual healing of shadow. The throat chakra is being highlighted so you may find that communication, conversations needing to be had you may find that space arises, opportunity presents for you to do so. All a part of you honouring who you are, your boundaries that better serve you and your newly emerging self as you emerge from the cave and come into the lightness of a new day, a new chapter. It doesn’t mean there won’t be bumps, the little gifts that experiences bring for us to learn along the way and which is different for everyone as a unique individual being, but you have grown and strengthened so much courageous heart, you are more than equipped for the job and you are so much netter at actually seeing the inner workings of all that arises.
