Is the Eclipse Code Calling you?

A message that may be received as a trigger for those that feel in the thick of their shadow and/or are navigating times within their lives that are challenging, however spirits message today is one of doing what you are able to lift your vibration, to be the empowering force within your life and recognise where you are playing victim, or allowing yourself to be tied to stories, experiences, circumstances and situations that are not yours that another, possibly close to you may be experiencing. We can hold space but we can’t hold the story for another, it doesn’t help you or them. To recognise where you are sinking into the story of it all, immersing or tying yourself within the negative, and whilst yes it is a space that we all learn and grow from, one that is necessary to allow our emotions and our thoughts to be present with/within us so we can feel them allow them the space to be without avoidance, this is not a space that Spirit wishes us to stay. Our shadow is being drawn out to be seen, it is having the light shone on what we are holding so we can free ourselves, the energies present don’t do anything to us, but for us, all is for us as they only highlight what we already hold within so we can learn and grow beyond who we are now, grow beyond our old limiting stories.

Have your time that you need within your feelings, the emotions, go gently go softly but then Spirit asks you to open your heart to love, to Light. Choose you and get up and get out, do something that brings a smile, that fills your heart, get up and move shake that body get the energy moving within you, through you that may be stuck within certain areas and you feel this as tension, pain or feeling weighted down.

It’s time for some of the stories that you have been carrying around with you in your backpack to be handed over, for good, this eclipse energy and the lunar energies are so very supportive of this, so if you feel that all your stuff has come back up to surprise you or you feel you’ve gone two steps back again, clarity has gone to mush or motivation and direction feels a little off, don’t get tied into it, don’t create more story around it all, breathe and just be with it, explore it and what story (old beliefs) are being shown that you still walk within.

Allow your being to absorb the light frequencies within the Code and as you do see, feel, sense, imagine that you are handing over all unserving stories you hold, you are cutting cords with all the story and handing it over along with all the people, places, situations and circumstances that arose to create them across all timelines and dimensions, as well as the root cause. Take a deep breath into your being and slowly exhale, feel the release, let it go, let it go, let it all go. Allow yourself some gentle time, go softly as your being purges and releases.
