Honour the Endings

Honour the endings with as much allowance, surrender and softness as you are able, remind yourself again and again that all IS moving, shifting and shaking, being revealed to you FOR YOU, for your release and greater freedom from within. When endings are connected to things we have done for so long, relationships we have become so comfortable within no matter if unhealthy or not, or they bring rise to old traumas, there is deep emotional trigger, they can feel hard, really hard. The impulse or unconscious reaction is immediately to try to control the way things are heading, control the story however what wants to be will be it will keep recycling and resistance and avoidance will likely end in greater disruption.

Please allow yourself the grace to be human within what you may be travelling at this time, please deeply honour yourself and what you are feeling, respect your body’s needs whether it be rest, alone time or a kind ear that allows you to express from your heart as this will assist in release from the emotional body. All is okay and it will shift, when the emotions are deeply connected it can feel tough and many of you have already had enough of tough I know. As came in yesterdays message ground, be present. If you feel the weight of what is moving within emotion within your chest, within your heart space or other parts of the body take a breath, stop regularly and take three deep breathes into your heart space to come back to presence, drop anchor (grounding rod) see a column of light running from your base (or if you need to anchor more deeply from your heart) through the soles of your feet anchoring into the Earth Star Chakra ( just below your feet) and then running into the core of the Earth Mother. With the breath send all that you are feeling, emotions (energy in motion) down on the breath down your column into the Earth.

There feels a what can best be described as a jittery energy, one that may feel its running around in a knot, it may feel stuckish or tight at the same time it is firing, the sparking of new connections, ideas, a get up and go feel. You may feel this as your nervous system being a little fried or fired and varying degrees of this on and off, sacral activation. Things are moving and shaking but there is also a softness and immense beauty to be found. Connect with the beauty of who you are no matter how you feel by gently bringing your mind, your emotions back to your heart, breathe, ground (anchoring rod) smile as you are being taken to where you need to that better serves you and your heart led, Soul led passage forwards.

Fill up on the Suns light if you are able, it is calling deeply this morning. Big expansion occurring, the heart is activated and releasing, expansion, a lot to do with what we are feeling. Find the joy within it and remind yourself of the beauty within all things, the gift within every-thing we experience especially when you are not able to feel or see it in the moment, remind yourself to see things from a higher, a Soul perspective and you may be able to see the mechanics of what you are traveling and why. Many are going to start connecting with new opportunities, potential possibilities arriving that are opening to take them to that next step, particularly it feels within their Soul work, service to humanity and beyond. This particularly ties in with what is being shown as coming to an end, completion, your work or calling is shifting as you have, honour the endings as they are no longer truly aligned with you and moving forwards, yes this can feel hard and resistance will arise to varying degree, trust the process unfolding for you as you are stepping into a new way of working, expressing, BEing seen.

For some – You have great ideas you want to get out there, you know you are here for bigger and better things, you know you are here to be of service in Love, to help others shift and rise. Your heart longs for your uniqueness to be seen and present within the world through you gifts (this is not just about spiritual gifts so to speak but what lights you up) but it seems to be two steps back all the time, you are feeling frustrated and disheartened to say the least with the space you are within. The message is don’t lose faith, there has been so much that has needed to be brought forth, healed, released, integrated and anchored, so, so much. This is a process that you cannot skip and just get to what feels the good stuff and I know it’s frustrating and you may even have been so judgemental and critical of yourself as it has surfaced and unearthed all your unworthiness, hopelessness, lack beliefs and wounding’s you carry. This is just the point, this is exactly what you have needed to be with, all of it. You ARE doing it the dream is not lost dearest heart far from it. You are shifting and clearing so much that if you were to see it, it would truly blow your mind, its because you can’t that it feel like you are failing or flailing around. When in reality dear heart you are getting ready to take off. Trust YOUR process, honour yourself and all the journey, continue to do the work by not avoiding by embracing, being present, you got this Angel.
