Welcome to October

Please remember to lighten up on yourself, being critical and so judgemental, negative even of yourself in any way is an old way of being, lighten up and let love in, compassion for self and remind yourself just how much you have grown. You may find that you are not clear on many things but there is movement and information dripping in around new ideas, directions, projects, openings, pathways and will continue to be so. In saying that try not to get too attached or be too rigid with your thinking of how things will unfold, your expectations keep them open and wide/limitless, allow things to form and shift, there is a real and its come up within messages for beautiful clients, a real redefining energy present. So things are within constant shift, from one moment to the next day to the next we are redefining all things, our very being and how we live or lives how we choose to show up. Its in constant motion.  

Balance still knocks on our doors and moves through particularly our relationships no matter the form. Perhaps you are being shown where you have been overly expending your energy, over giving, or where you haven’t been putting enough time in, neglecting, or being taking advantage of whether consciously or unconsciously as all is choice but we can be running from old program of pleasing and martyrdom. There also feels a deep ‘pulling out’ occurring, the experiences we have travelled that have been deeply painful may rear up or recall, remembrance may surprise you, just see it, witness it, it may bring a rise in emotion (energy in motion) to the surface as you look back over your life, particularly the not so easy times. You stand today a wiser, stronger version of self, is there connection to situations within your current relationships that perhaps are rooted within past experience that affect your giving and receiving of love from another, or that play out in an unhealthy or lopsided balance within friendships? Love calls you, keep opening keep being open to let go, to trust yourself, your path, your choices knowing your past is behind you and you dearest heart are moving forwards, ever forwards.
