Assisting Renewal, More Releasing

We are best served to help replenish our beings at this time by being soft, listening to what we need in all ways, taking time out to cultivate a space of peace, for peace, where needed, listening to what the physical body needs, movement, nourishment, hydration dietary changes, rest, quiet time. All of it feels it needs to be upleveled to better support where we are each individually within our process (evolution/ascension). Surrender and remember to take a breath, disengage and separate yourself from situations that are drama filled, that feel aggressive and agitating to your systems (body mind heart spirit). We have come through a period of deep diving into the shadow, no one has escaped this and what it has had to be for their own experience to ‘progress’ on their path to know themselves as love, as whole, as a divine human, as a Soul and so now we need to give to ourselves and allow space to refill, refuel, and reignite.

See how much you have grown, how much the gift of experience has given you in wisdom, release and moving into higher levels of love, light and being true to you, steeping more into being your authentic self. They are showing the lunar energies present and when I look this up I can see that we have a Super Moon tomorrow, we can feel real transformational energy present with this and it feels in a sense a bookend and it’s going to assist everyone to release or clear out that little bit more. Definitely a potent energy to it, but see this in a way that is transformative and helpful of what needs to be. There is a definite kick to it (varying for all of course how this is felt/experienced) for many it is the kick to finally get going or come to a decision on something, some may be clearly shown what needs to be let go of so they can make space for the new that wants to be, there are many of you that have been tinkering on the edge and holding back from being seen, letting your true self be seen by others not hiding your greatness, big steps are being made here, in fact many are ready to take something to the next level or feel a growing sense of confidence and strength around this whatever it be in your world). Spirit is saying that these are the energies felt and typed about on Monday I think it was, a little rattling to assist with the process of releasing. It’s a culmination point they say so celebrate you and all that you have travelled, you have come so far and although you may feel weary, withered or just quiet with a sense of knowing that you really have come through some incredible change, its time to just be, be in gratitude of the incredible being you are, any judgment or critic of this is just the (your) human/ego talking, let it go and look deep within and see the beauty that you are, that you ARE becoming dearest heart. You are emerging, emerging within each moment back to love.

You have done so much work, released, gone deeper, you know that you have changed and that you are always in the process of change, you won’t come from/with the same reaction, triggered response if similar experiences arise just to let you practice what you have learned and walk the walk. You know there is more possible for you, you know you hold within you so much incredible potential, it doesn’t matter what you have or haven’t done with it, what you feel has been good bad or other for all has added to the magnificence that you are and grown you to be who you are in this moment. Head up, heart open, continue to let your judgements go, each time you catch yourself judging where you are, who you are, what you have or have not, in that moment stop and say, “I choose now to release my judgements and open to love”, feel your heart expand, feel love expand within you as you call its presence forth, as you breathe inhale love and exhale love, feel love feeling your being, your field and beyond, now go forth and walk within love. Feel love’s message of reassurance that all is well, the past is behind you, there is only now and in now you get to colour it, paint it and blossom within it how you choose. You are choosing you, choosing to return to love now go forth and colour your day and remind yourself of this as often as you need to. It’s not always a bed of roses, its not always easy, or always pretty but when we invite in, when we welcome in loves to be present it helps to soothe and comfort, to bring us back to trust and our higher knowing of who we are and where we are within this thing called Earth school/life. And as that is said Lady Nada comes forth, she floods the heart space and she is reminding me that we are ready to bring forth the first two Codes (The Cocoon and Stepping in to be with the Emotional Body/clearing Fear) so they can join the already present Enter the Heart Code (I spoke of these a few weeks ago). They may be a little while off yet as I’m being told I need to work with them first 😊.
