With Love
Deep body feels, where the energy needs to shift or where things are being held (onto). Hydration is key, grounding. I am being shown the image of the body, the light body and there is a swirling of energies, of light filtering through every part of us, a lighting up of certain points and keys and codes being activated, we are rising and the uncomfortableness that may be felt is actually perfect, all is perfect, open to receive. You may feel it in the crown as higher light frequencies flood in, through the chest as the heart is opening, clearing and releasing the old, through the lower chakras activating the physical digestive, reproductive and bowels (physical clearing). Lots of endings, tying up, completions you may be logically or mentally aware of what is playing out but there is so much that goes deeper and with this the image of the womb comes in, mother wounds again family, generational healing. A balancing rebalancing taking place of our masculine and feminine. It feels like we are stepping through a renewal, we are being cleansed of that which we have been ready to release.
Focus on what you want, continue to support yourself, walk the walk of all you have learned, recognise how much you have shifted, recognise and remind yourself you are doing the best you can and that is enough, celebrate all you have moved through and risen above. Hand on your heart be present within gratitude for all that you are, that you have. Do what and engage within that which is peace-filled for you, really listen to what and where you are being guided to pull back from or step into. You may receive insights and messages, little downloads of information that support your forward movement and future creations, as well as greater clarity and insight into what you are actually completing.

@everyone – NOTE UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM OF POST – As a little Christmas or rather end of this incredible journey that has been our 2024 year gift I am going to be giving away 5 sets of the Chakra Code Cards. Postage will have to be paid by the receiver however whether in Australia $13 or Overseas $32. Not sure how I will organise it, possibly the first five to guess the animal and/or colour that has just come in to my minds eye, yes lets go with that and see how that works. I will pop it on a piece of paper now have fun and see if you can tune in to it, use the heart and your knowing not the mind.
