A little pop in –

It feels we are very much within a dance of being able to hold a higher vibration and all we have going on all we are feeling all we are moving through. It may not necessarily feel any different today it just feels ‘the same’, so just be aware of what you hold yourself to, your thoughts, beliefs and expectations about where what and how you should be as the energies continue to be heightened and continue to ask us to keep rising, keep trusting in ourselves in life in the path forwards, especially when it may not feel forward moving. January may feel ‘the same’ but remember you are anything but the same. Detach the judgemental mind be aware of it and the stories and come back to just BE-ing learning and practicing BEing okay with where you are now find your peace in it, all is well, all is moving forwards. You are still with integration and may be presented with ‘situations’ that you may not want to be bothered with but simply come to assist you to bring you closer to a form of closure, greater insight needed, learning, another piece of the puzzle, and/or completion.
