Listen to your own Hearts Guidance

Where are you scared of another person/s opinions or where have you actually taken on another’s opinion or belief of you as your own. There are new openings and information that is streaming in but it is hard to hear, see, sense, connect with, over the noise of your own doubts and fears. So being clear about what is yours and what you have taken on as your own truth that really isn’t is important. Who says you can’t, wont and is it their fears, wounding’s speaking being given to you through their words and actions? Listen to your own chatter not outside of you, be present it, listen to the mental chatter, take it within, sit with it and listen to what it has to say. Talk with it ask it to show you where it comes from, stems from. You will likely be shown the root experience (cause) associated possibly back within early childhood, wrap your little self with love and let that little child know that you have got this, its okay.

Do you need to sit in stillness and open to your hearts wisdom, to Sources guidance, to your spirit teams messages that want to lovingly remind you of your brilliance, your limitlessness? Courage calls you, courage to follow your heart and allow the noise of the outside world to sink into the background, courage to follow your heart even if you feel you have failed before, beautiful courage to try again, to try something new, to give something a go. Spirits message here is to remember you have never failed at anything only added to the richness of your life, the wisdom gained through your perceived failure and learning is valuable beyond measure. Follow what you want not what you feel others want you to be or what fits neatly into another’s box or makes them comfortable. Be you.

The space of connection, of stillness, of listening to your heart which is just a matter of anchoring to the Earth Mother, coming back to be present within your body with three deep breathes, closing your eyes and focusing your awareness on your heart space. Some of the information you have received or will receive over the next few weeks is to be nurtured within your heart and allowed to grow and reveal itself bit by bit, not all things are to be acted on straight away, only you can feel into what is and isn’t for now or just yet and what is. And when you receive message through Divine Source, through light you also have to choose if you want to do it, you have to choose to say yes as all is free will. But a little note here many are being asked to step up and it may bring up fears and a little or a lot of procrastination and avoidance tactics. Be guided by the heart and allow your own light to lead you, to be within everything you do. The days of struggle to achieve, be or do are over dearest heart what is for you will come and be with ease, with effortlessness, it will flow. Be guided by this and be aware of beliefs that you may hold that tell you that you have to struggle in order to obtain, create, let it dissolve from your story, your ancestors story with your growing awareness – “I (say your name) choose, I release struggle and open to ease and flow within all areas of my life, so be it.”
