What is being made bigger than it need be or is within your mind? The thoughts skipping through, the emotions the feelings now perhaps have come on board with the story being hashed and rehashed. Or is it the other way around? Is the mind creating story and amplifying the feelings the emotions that are already present and getting your attention, are they feeding fear and doubt of something being wrong or that you are once again stuck within a situation, circumstance that you would rather not be, leading you to believe or ‘feel’ you are going backwards, the reality of such is far from it you are propelling at speed forwards.
Come back within to be present within peace by anchoring your being to the Earth, take your column of light, your grounding rod from your base and send it down to the Earth Mothers core. Taking three deep breathes into your being, they are saying one into and out of your third eye, one into and out of your heart and one into and out of your base, in and out, fill and empty. Drop your shoulders, unclench your jaw, close your eyes for a moment and just be. (Use the Base Chakra Light Code, place your feet on it if you have it laminated or even sit on it if you feel a little out of body or light headed at times with the high frequency light that is flooding in and within you) Repeat, repeat, repeat throughout your day if need be No matter what is cycling or recycling the energies present today and will be over the next few days in a lunar sense may feel a little uncomfortable, a little emotional or you may just feel it all within your physical body, all depends on what you as an individual divine human being have going on within your life circumstances at this time and what is already present to be unearthed and illuminated for you. Remember all serves its not working against you only for you and the energies don’t do anything other than reveal what is already present within you. As came in within message yesterday there is a purging occurring, old trauma, belief systems, a process of realigning occurring that is bringing many back to alignment with their Soul purpose. Amongst it all occurring at the same time within it all there is such beauty, there is beauty present within your releasing as this is your freedom dear heart, embrace and allow, trust all that is occurring as it may be easy to get lost in story that things are out of control, there is dismantling for reason occurring within all of us, the old ways and when this happens it can feel many things from one moment to the next, too much as sensitivities are heightened, too heavy as old emotions come up for release. We continue to be lovingly guided to let go of trying to work it all out or have an answer or logical mind explanation for things that simply are beyond most of our comprehension or complete understanding. Remember some thing occur in the outer world that are trigger for you to look within and transform through/from. Observe your emotions as they are the guidance system that clues you in to what you have going on within you and attached to your current thoughts and beliefs.
And amongst all of this don’t forget to do for you, to nurture and nourish you in all ways, what lights you up what makes you happy, what feels good, perhaps it is just making space to stop the busyness/business of life for a moment and just be, five minutes to meditate or sit in the sun, rug up with a good book and a cup of tea, a chat or laugh with a friend, or just journal what you are dreaming of and set your intentions for they are powerful creators. Remembering your intentions for something to come into your life may mean that what you perceive as upheaval is the clearing to make space for it to be present.
