Choose to be Open
Within each moment we have choice to sink into deeper trust and open our hearts, allowing ourselves the grace, the compassion and the forgiveness we need to continue to process what we are having arise from within, or to get caught up within the story and the minds want to control and have everything back to ‘feeling-normal’. This is the new normal, allowing, opening, sinking deeper into trust no matter what we are travelling, trusting deeply that we may not be able to see, sense of feel logical reasoning behind what has arisen or even connect the dots to what we are feeling with something in our reality, we don’t have to, we just have to come back to love, to trust for it is through trust, deep unconditional trust that we transform dearest heart, we shine, we radiate and we move through the passage of what we are needing to that ultimately leads us to more of our authentic radiant selves.
Trust your path, trust your heart, trust in the deepest parts of your not-knowing as all is leading you home, to yourself, to love. You are within such deep change, integration, trust yourself, your body and the process. Sometimes things may feel far from comfortable within your own skin, may feel that you don’t know who you are or feel you are walking in a surreal space, you are changing, your very identity is changing and we are becoming more acclimatised to walking within our newer version of self. Trust whatever you are having arise from your shadow is the path to greater harmony, you cant clear/release/heal it, work with it or gain wisdom from something you didn’t realise was there, it arises for reason and purpose, as beautiful invitation for you to explore more deeply your magnificent self, all is truly serving you, find your space of peace within it.
Release over and over again from the mind, the heart any judgements, the self-criticisms, the blame and shame, the guilt attached to any stories, thoughts recalled, memories around experiencing you are moving within, those very old or current, let it all go and hand it over on the wings of loves eternal embrace.
