Awareness to your Subtle Changes that make Monumental Change from within
Again there is the sense of a deep shift having occurred, e sense of moving forwards and the energies around us flowing in are all very supportive of this process if we choose it, they bring a sense of renewed faith and confidence that things are possible and to take steps towards what we have wanted to bring in for ourselves, they support us to move forwards and guide us to connect more deeply with our creativity, the creator self, but also our inner wisdom. It is being said however that if we continue to try to do things from the old ways of being that have been clearly shown to us are unhealthy, unsupportive and do not serve our blessed expansion and growth, then we will still cycle within what feels struggle, until we get the message loud and clear, as all is truly only trying to serve us to see beyond who we think we are and what we believe to be possible for ourselves and this lifetime, to expand our beliefs, to stretch further. All serves to assist us to break free of the old moulds and doing/choosing unconsciously, to choose consciously with the heart what serves as our future moments (now) are being created from our present (now) choices, thoughts, actions and words, all is creating, all is our creation.
Many of you may have found yourself doing some reflecting on what people, groups, whether business/organisation, or personal (friendships/relationships/family/extended family), all connections, and what ones are keeping you in a sense stuck within the old ways, within drama, negativity, within loops, rather than being supportive of your rise, your change, your beauty. Whether you feel you can be yourself, or whether you feel seen, heard or do you find yourself fitting into what you believe is acceptable. Where can you be authentic truly you, and where can’t, where are you still trying too hard to fit in? Is there balance and an even give and take? Simply put what is empowering and what is dis-empowering, you may have been having situations and circumstances arise that support your deeper exploration of these themes.
Can you feel how much you have changed within, those little subtle changes in how you think about something, how you feel about someone or are able to see something, someone through a new lens from a different or higher perspective or notice the emotional trigger that may have once been is no longer there or not felt as much. Do you notice how you have changed; your inner landscape has been cleared dramatically and some of you may still be clearing, and this is perfect, some are planting seeds, and some are feeling the bloom, the blossom opening. The wisdom that you have gained through all you have felt has been hard going is immeasurable, is it time to pull up your socks, dust yourself off and with a renewed breath step into a brand new day? Those things that didn’t work out no matter what area of life they connected with business, relationship, family does not mean you are a failure in any way at all, period, don’t allow yourself to get stuck in the funk of it all, bring in the light to your heart, make choice to let it go or at least allow yourself softness, compassion, and grace as you navigate the last remnants and emotions of what has been for you. A new day beckons you, your light never dimmed or diminished take a deep breath in hands on your heart and as you exhale smile, feel the beauty of love within you, the love that you are that is and has been ever-present and expand, now see, sense, feel, imagine this light, this energy expanding out and radiating brilliantly through your field. Repeat this twice more. It is time to step forth with a renewed sense of trust, strength and love in yourself and in your world. Things may not be all roses all the time, but you have all you need within you to move with and through anything. Keep rising dearest light, keep shining, you are not alone.
