Your Choice to Choose you is Powerfully Creating a New Path

Have you noticed within the situations and circumstances, the experiences that have been arising for you that you are being softly and at times loudly asked to ‘choose you’. Opportunity arising for you to recognise within your powerful now moment of presence that similar theme has arisen for you over and over again throughout your lifetime (and likely others) to choose you, however your choice may not have been to consider self but has been on of considering everything but. Falling easily into over compensating, over pleasing, over doing/giving, operating from the unconscious part of you that felt no was not an option, a consideration, you didn’t consider you, that there was always something else or someone else to attend to rather than attend to what may have been good for you, serving, fulfilling.

Your readiness and at times likely felt there was no choice or you wouldn’t have taken it on, to do the work, the inner work means you have/are coming to a point that you are considering yourself more in all things, recognising your peace, peace of heart, peace of mind is no longer going to take a back seat, it is not negotiable and those that are here to walk the journey with you in your life will be with you they will understand you, some may take a little time to adjust to your new found voice/power that has emerged and will continue to do so, and those that are not meant to be within your world will slowly or abruptly fall away. Wish all well with a peaceful heart, allow yourself to process any emotions that may come with this as there is much dissolving and unravelling within this process connected to you choosing you. To you RECOGNISING YOUR WORTH. You are rewriting this not just within this one but likely lifetimes. Each time you choose self; you choose to allow love to lead, light to lead, you are cementing your newness into your reality.

Your choosing you and a higher path, a higher timeline for self means that the sludge we shall call it will rise, it’s like when you clean out an old cupboard you find things in it you didn’t know existed or that stir memory from long ago, some painful some joy filled nevertheless it is a stirring in form, illuminating always where the shadow is to continue our transformation and transmutation journey. All serves to assist you to stand more within a confident, bold, courageous hearted you, to not only think you are worthy, powerful and magical but to truly KNOW it within your very bones, to own it. Its not from ego but from a deep knowing that you are more than you have ever perceived or believed yourself to be powerful light.

Whatever is collapsing softly and slowly or painfully fast is making space for the new to be erected, to be built upon, for you to rise, old identities and beliefs of who you are, who you have felt you have had to be crumbling. Let the old beliefs continue to crumble as you get walking/waking practice to affirm and ground/anchor your new ones in to beingness. It can feel testing, tricky and as if you are jumping from old to new, old to new, old to new, light to dark and back again, it’s the dance that growth is, remember your perception of it what you are allowing to circulate within your mind about what you are going through is a powerful amplifier and creator. Breathe, meditate, soften surrender, move, nourish when it feels hard, notice where you want to revert back to old ways of comforting, what you have always done and perhaps sometimes you do, try not to be hard on yourself. You are doing your best, remember so many stay still stay within the same as its easy, it takes courage and trust to step up.
