Todays Messages with Love

Everything you are feeling, particularly fears that may have been rising or triggers around what you are feeling from within yourself, thinking in connection to your emotions and vice versa, seeing and experiencing within situations, circumstances that are playing out in your immediate reality are all actually supporting you in rising above, assisting you to transmute and transforming from feeling a victim of, limited or lacking to one of greater empowerment, freedom and love.

Remind yourself no matter what you are feeling in a moment that this too shall pass, it always does, however be aware of recycling, repeating themes that are showing you patterns you are able to transform beyond now. Allow those thoughts and as you bring your greater conscious awareness to them allow them to soften, to change and shift, cancel out that which is not serving you. Observe what the thoughts and connected emotions (energy in motion) are around, are they showing you what you are now done with or what you are continuing to give your love, energy and time to that you are ready to move beyond?  Acknowledge the thought/s and if you like drawn down the Light of the Divine Source to wash through your crown and like rain or a waterfall wash through and down your body, through every chakra and into the earth, see all your thoughts clearing, all your systems cleansed. You may be drawn to a particular organ to wash the light through, a particular chakra that the light wishes to go straight to. Set intention for the light as it enters to clear the emotional body, to bring rejuvenation, grounding.

And as always be aware of what is not yours, cut cords with it, person, place, situation, thing, with love and let it go.

Stop in your day and take a few moments to close your eyes and drop yourself into your body, move into your heart by simply bringing your awareness to your heart space, placing your hand over your heart and taking a few deep breathes in and out of your heart. Come back to being present, in presence with the light of your heart, with love and the Divine love of All for we are ever-connected through our hearts. Bring yourself back to this space of presence in a moment over and over within your day and watch, feel how this recentres you, rebalances you and reconnects you.
