Step by Step

Step by step keep reminding yourself you are exactly where you need to be, you are on the path, you always and in all ways have been. Try not to allow the voices in your mind to become over consuming that may tell you that you are running out of time to fulfil a dream, that you are limited and not able to bring your beautiful ideas to fruition or to have the resolution you so need. All is right on time, it may not be your timing however keep holding hope within your heart as there are many more beautiful adventures awaiting you and all you have to do is continue to step by step just be within your day, doing the best that you can to walk the path of love, of light, of hope.

Do you know you can connect to and feel the joy within your heart without needing to have a reason for it to be so. Keep honouring with compassion all you feel without denying the gift of the heavier or what may feel darker emotions reminding yourself that you can decide to gently, lovingly, compassionately, softly bring yourself back into sacred communion with the love, the peace within you. Continue to trust that which is falling away or apart as you perceive it to be, trusting courageous heart that all will be reassembled with love. What may feel derailing to you is being beautiful recrafted for your expansion in love.

We are being lovingly placed within experiences and circumstances that ask us to step into deeper responsibility and accountability, and this may bring all manner of things up for you. Not to test or try you although some may feel this way about it all, but to allow you to make big bold steps into greater personal freedom. Laying new foundations that are strong, and which really anchor down and support our bigger pictures. Grounding becomes important for most as there may be times of feeling scattered and head full, come back to the heart and ground to restabilise. Breathe in and out of your heart space, take the breath down into the legs and into the earth, see your roots running deeply.

Continue to courageously and confidently be guided from within, have faith in what may not be yet seen in your outer reality nor clear within your mind’s eye, and have faith in what is undoubtedly emerging. For some the bigger picture is coming into view and isn’t it magical, trust yourself, you are being called into your leadership, walk boldly.

• Allow your eyes to rest on the Code, take a deep breath into your crown and then move the breath on the exhale out of your third eye, inhale through crown exhale out through the third eye – repeat three times.
• Then breathe through the crown again and exhale the energy out through the heart, repeat three times.
• And lastly breathing in through the crown and exhaling down through the body out of the base chakra, repeat three times and then rest, allowing a few moments for the energy to settle within your body.
