Welcome the Light of Spring or Change of Season wherever you may be in this world

There is a mix of all things within all moments, some may be experiencing moments of uncomfortable realisations, those ones that churn the gut or feel a punch to the heart, those that illuminate what has been deeply hidden or masked with bravado (egos refusal to see truth), avoidance, what you have just not been ready for. As the layers have been peeling away  so much has come to ‘light’ that we are now going even deeper and some of this stuff is not going to feel great as its getting into the places that we have protected and those that we have also been unconscious of. The mix is that there is also this incredibly beautiful light flooding in, the changing of the seasons runs within this, find time for yourself even for just a few moments to just be present. There will be much that the mind spins into things bigger than they have to be, the emotions connected may surprise or feel completely out of the blue,  allow them space to move and shift as you find yourself travelling within them, their stories and the wounds but within presence there is also this beautiful space you create for yourself to look at other perspectives, space to process and come back to recognise that all is truly okay. These are things that are coming up that you haven’t been ready to process/not ready for, see this as a part of your progress not the other way around although you may feel drawn back into feeling a victim of, feel defensive in order to protect yourself, feel a sense of loss or hopelessness as parts of what arises connects back through many experiences within just this lifetime. You are scraping the remnants of where you have felt wronged, felt overlooked, felt a victim of. Your perception of what has gone on and the truth, another’s perspective all are speaking different stories for you can only come from your own perspective and where you are at within your own process of growth/expansion, healing. It continues to be a time to make change, let go of the old ways and those things that you continue to do that are a waste of time and space or only serve to keep you looping and not able to make space to bring in and connect with other possibilities and opportunities, new connections. You may find that you get the urge to clear and clean up your spaces, declutter, bring in a fresh new energy into your home. Bring nature inside, colour. Continue to sage, sound, whatever you use to clear your spaces and yourself. Your scared practices are everything, your peace is everything, not negotiable.

For some – is it time, and you know it, it has been building for some time now, it has been the cause of much emotion and mind chatter, to let others be, you know you can’t do it for them, you know that it has been perhaps hard to watch or see the path that someone else is choosing for themselves, but is it time that you decide that you will allow yourself to let go and free not only you but them. All is well, let go and let love.

You have everything already with you, you don’t need to go searching, turn within, you are what you have been looking for. Commit to yourself to connect to yourself, for all there is within you, you are your connection to All There Is. Your awareness is expanding from within you, its blossoming like the flower opening to the suns warm light, your love is expanding within you and as love expands it dissolves, it shatters what has held you veiled to the truth of the beauty that you are, that love is.
