With Love

Allow the newness that is rising within you, feel the power of who you are, your blessed heart has opened wider and within this you may notice you feel more deeply, you are redefining how you be. You may see in your world certain things come back to revisit you not to test or try you but for you to walk in, engage within and choose within in a different way, one that honours, supports. There is a clearing taking place within the physical body, feel for anywhere that energy may feel stuck, tense, neck, head, eyes, sinus’s, jaw, chest do what you can, massage, movement, breath to shift what you can. Water to flush the systems, ground. Many are feeling the higher frequencies in their crown/head remember there is no-thing wrong your being has changed, you are finer, lighter and more open, your self talk is everything. Close your eyes, deep breathes slow and deep through the nose and out the mouth, sink into yourself, drop your energy down and ground.

Balancing you time, DO-ing time and others time is important, your body will communicate to you where you are out of balance, you will feel it. Pull back where you can if you find yourself a little all over the place, what is priority and what doesn’t have to be done or shouldn’t be done if at all anymore? We are being shown where we can tidy up a little more and let go and make change with what isn’t for us. For some – Those spaces where you feel a sense of ‘have to’, obligation to, resentment rising, what needs to be rethought here and where is fear of not doing keeping you feels powerless or stuck to make change.
