This one landed this morning as I sat to type any messages for all. This one comes with the message (and limited message so as to keep the stream of what it is bringing in as clear and open as it can be received by you as an individual light) that it is pulling out and dissolving the ‘shrapnel’. The places where you have felt ‘at war with’ self, others, where you have carried/still carry scar, scar tissue, where you have been cut, cut down, wounded. This one is working across all lifetimes.

Instructions as to its use is to breathe in and out deeply whilst gazing at it. I would suggest ten breaths. You can come back to this Code again. On the outbreath (in through the nose out through the mouth) you are releasing. Make your breath intentional, long and deep, feel the release. This may bring up over the next day or so fatigue, emotions may run deeply know this is all a part of your release.

Please reach out if you have any questions for some this is working within lifetimes where you have been in physical war and lifetimes where some of you have actually held and used your energy as a tool of war or rather repellent to invasion, outside forces. You may have image, feeling, sensation or information come to you around what is leaving just allow it, rise above the timeline if it becomes too intense for those that are highly in-tune and sensitive. You are letting go not revisiting.
