Trust All

EVERYTHING is clearing the path forwards. TRUST ALL that is coming up, continue to bring in for yourself and make time to do what supports you as you see out this incredible year. Please allow yourself space to do no-thing.

The message again is to really discern and be real, honest with what is possible, what is pushing, what is from the heart and what is from old pattern of pushing through, sacrifice and martyrdom. Many of us have had these programs running brought from our parents, grandparents and beyond, to do is to be success, accepted, worthy. Doing what is ‘expected’ of you. They are becoming so very hard to keep, recognise where they are still being played out in your day to day life, particularly this time of year and choose a different way, little changes and boundaries go a very long way in supporting your body, mind and spirit. And remember you don’t have to have everything ticked off that list before years end, take the pressure off and let those perfection stories loosen.
