Todays Message with Love

You have not fallen apart you are rebuilding, re discovering yourself, the authentic you that has been hidden behind roles, responsibilities, mistruths, patterned beliefs, and a great, great deal of fear to be seen as yourself, as your soul self, for some to put yourself first or even consider yourself is such a new way of being that you may feel lost or unsure of how to even step forth, you may be feeling so much that you feel fearful in this seemingly new body of higher sensations and knowing, who am I. Feel ungrounded and unsure of your steps, doubting your every move.

Practice the practice of dropping in to yourself (connecting in with your heart) each day and seeing what is there, feeling what is present within you and being aware of the thoughts in your mind. Take space to sort the truth from the fear based thoughts, ask the energy within your chest or other part of your body what it is, what is it connected to. Cut cords with what is not for you or of you, clear your field. Being responsible for self and stepping into more of being your own guide, healer has been activated. Your very identity has been within change as old roles, beliefs and ways of being have been dissolving, shattering and shifting, you are entering into a new relationship with yourself, the new you that is seeing, feeling and knowing through new truth, new vibration.

Messages that come in that are to speak to specific people –

·       You may have become aware that a particular direction or idea, something you thought you wanted just hasn’t seemed to or isn’t seeming to be working out that way. Please don’t close yourself off from the dream rather trust that things are indeed (for they are) working to bring about perhaps not what you expected but a version of what you wanted in a different form and way. Just trust the process and keep that beautiful level of excitement about your idea, direction open. Things are moving that are unseen to you at present.

·       You have connected to something that is not yours and the energy you are feeling, emotions possibly also, are not yours, cut cords with the person, the experience, the energy of whatever it is that has your heart beating, your thoughts or even crown spinning or your beliefs about yourself turning to doubt and not so positive, old ways of thinking. ·       Be very aware of your head chatter, where you may be slipping into fear and doubting as the movement you expected to happen or the unfolding that you placed on the new year beginning is not seeming to take shape or the way you are feeling is not what you expected. It is expectation that is creating a knot inside. You dearest heart are exactly where you need to be, let the fear, the doubt and the expectation especially, go. Opening to trust may not have been an easy thing for you in this lifetime but this is what is being asked, to know that just because things aren’t going as you expected or planned doesn’t mean they are not in fact moving in the very direction you wanted or better aligned for your highest or mean that you are in the wrong (made wrong decisions etc).

·       Where can you open to being more compassionate to yourself rather than critical.
