Todays Messages with Love
If you have felt pulled to a more quieter pace over the last week, feel a little lost within yourself or just feel a sense of being disconnected from the world, detached from things, cant get to task or seem to feel all over the place within your mind, not in a way that is alarming but one of unmistakable presence within you, all is okay. There is what feels to be a lot going on within us that we don’t have to necessarily understand and it will pass, as it always does. It may feel there is a lot going on yet you can’t pin point in your outer (in your reality not the world at large) world or immediate world outside of you anything that feels a lot, yet it feels a lot nonetheless. Don’t underestimate however the effects of what is going on in the world and the energy ripple it creates especially those that feel that are highly empathic and attuned to the earth.
You may feel a little ‘on’ at times and it may feel a little discombobulating a little all over the place as the energy running through you may feel heightened creating this sense of needing to be doing something, getting to something yet the mind is just not connected.
You are not off course, please know anything that comes up that feels ‘confronting’ and again this is speaking of your immediate outer reality in your day to day interactions with others and situations and circumstances that arise, that it doesn’t mean that things are not going right some of it is about finding resolution, peace, acceptance and surrender, and practicing your practice of BE-ing, being the light, being in your love, being grounded and recognising, discerning what needs your attention, what is pattern, what doesn’t serve your highest and what does, whether person, place or thing. Feel how it feels within your body when you make a choice, in your heart, your body’s intelligence s speaking to you as well as the inner child’s that doesn’t want you to continue to cycle within that which gives your power away.
Your practice of those sacred practices that nurture and support you continue to be vital to your health on all levels. As does the practice of recognising in your day if you are doing, acting, choosing from fear of, and letting it go, brining back in the love through the breath through intention.
