With Love
Observe the different views that are coming into ‘view’ you may find that your perception of certain things, situations, people in your life, how you now or have viewed them or have believed them to be and this includes yourself, are changing or you notice in moments that something is revealed to you that makes you think, has it always been this way, have they always been like that, why have I thought that or not seen that before. Nothing that needs any great conversation or action rather just observe what is being revealed as if veils or layers have been removed.
Some may be feeling as if they are in a weird space, a nothing space, a space that brings up questions of what have I been, who am I now, what am I heading into, what am I supposed to be doing. The body feels no sense of push or motivation, or it has moments of and then they fizzle out. You don’t have to be, do, say anything, just be present, allowing all the head chatter of ‘what’s wrong or wrong with me’ to dissolve away, all the judgement let it go and just allow yourself to be present. For it is within presence, true presence with yourself that all is found. Its not yet time to move Soul whispers, the heart knows. You are learning how to BE, you are unlearning the conditioning and the programming, the beliefs that have kept you from being present with yourself, you are being called back home to self, to love. Let the minds stories of who, how and what it thinks you need to be, do, dissolve with the light of your love and trust, recognise the old versions of you that no longer fit and get comfortable in the space of presence with yourself now. Take a deep breath in, hand on your heart as slowly exhale, all is well, I am safe, I am exactly where I need to be.
How you show up in your life has been within such deep metamorphosis, the inner work now not only felt but witnessed in motion in your outer reality. Allow yourself grace. Allow yourself understanding and gentleness as you further find your feet and stablise in your new timeline.
