Todays Messages with LOVE

You are doing your best, not matter how things may feel and what has been coming up for you within this HUGE shift and recalibration continually remind yourself hand on your heart, take a breath, ground, that all is working out for your highest, be aware of the minds easy shift back into the old ways of thinking, rise and trust, rise and release whatever emotions that are wanting to be present, feel and release, feel and release. Your perception and thoughts about what is occurring for you is so very important, rise up in your love, rise up in your power, rise up in your trust. Remember to allow yourself grace, kindness and compassion if you are having a day that you would rather not, there is always learning occurring and deep insights as to what and why to be acknowledged but go gently with yourself. Take a breath and recentre, ground and also know that not all days are the same nor is each moment. You have the ability to choose how you are going to move through a situation and deal with any circumstances that feel trying. Softly, grounded presence of love and recognising you are doing your best and you are choosing to walk as love, as peace within it trusting that the outcome will be the best one possible despite the circumstances, or, you can sink down into it for too long and feel consumed by it, all is choice, all is practice.

You will feel very very clearly when you have gotten caught up in what is without you, when fear and old patterns and ways of being are present, and you will likewise feel when you are walking in your love light, grounded and present. Two very different timelines, we are flicking in and out of and its okay to flick in and out this is the practice the mastery of, the learning, the transformation in motion.
The ability to feel the jumping between two very different timelines is beauty in motion, just as you are. The energies we have been experiencing have been intense to say the least but you have been preparing for this for some time now, it’s what all the work if you have chosen it has been about, preparation to rise, to shift dramatically. The amount of grief that is coming up is a part of the process, you may not understand your emotional response and depth of feeling at times, its all okay. You may have been noticing the shift in your blood lines (family) as your transformation work, your healing, your ancestral work has been flowing through, You may find they are questioning who they are, what they need what works for them and what doesn’t. The change is monumental and with such big shifts like this we all feel it, we are all playing it out within our individual lives and in our unique ways. You are incredible magnificent transformation in progress, the beauty of which is unfolding may not be seen, felt or actualised yet, but never doubt it is there. Your frequency has shifted and is still in shift, the physical body learning processing changing in order to be able to hold a higher vibrational light/frequency. How truly incredible you are dearest Soul Light. Observe as things may feel a little wobbly, weird and at times not really know if you are in a moment in this reality or not, you may be experiencing flipping in and out and it may immediately bring rise to fear. Take a breath, ground deeply, anchor your light. Remember amongst the letting go and dissolving of what was to be aware of what you are creating with your intentions and focus, beautiful possibilities, doors opening and new pathways are present.

I am continuing as I travel this with you all to take time amongst working with others to just have space, so much has been coming up within and without that it is such a very very important part to honour what the body, heart, mind needs. All is well truly, smile and laugh, a lot, what a ride! Remember how you perceive it is everything, can you trust the beauty in change? Remember your tools now is the time to use them consistently.

We are all walking the path back to remembrance of who we truly are.
