All Are feeling it but Empaths are Feeling This Shift Most Deeply

Such deep change the self has been through and continues to walk, you feel the shift in how you show up, how you operate and move in your world, how you communicate, what you are willing and not willing to share with others, who has access to you, who and what you no longer have time for (sounds harsh but true as the truth has been revealing to you your patterns and how you are treated by some), how and what you are choosing for yourself, especially what you no longer are able to tolerate, sustain or maintain as way of being has been moving. You may have been finding others are not sure what to make of it, may not necessarily like or understand the changes or choices you are now making as they support you and hand back the responsibility or ‘over’-supporting so they have to step up, they hand back to others the part you have been carrying for them. Those close to you see you showing up in a new way, for them it may seem out of the blue and sudden and may bring up a little fear as to your change and how and what it will mean, but it has been a long time forming within you, no turning back now although you may at times fully recognise in the moment when you do slip back into an old pattern. Treat it like water off a ducks back and carry on, a little more aware and wiser. You can’t ‘do’ as you once did for some as you recognise it has been draining you or it pumped everyone up but you, no wonder others liked being around you or you were the go to person as for some you literally fed them exactly what they needed but at the expense of leaving you depleted and feeling dumped on, carrying the load. You have been changing these ways of being, the empaths have been moving within this most deeply, moving from disempowerment to empowerment, recognising not everyone has the right to have access to you and for some you took the responsibility of another/s and held it for them, made everything better but it actually wasn’t your job in the first place. You have been forming a much deeper loving and respectful supportive relationship with yourself and this IS the beautiful foundation that you are leaping from, creating from, moving forwards from right now. Let the goodness flow back to you, may you open to receive and receive gloriously, you dearest heart most certainly deserve it, this freedom is your literation.
