Discernment and Find the Pause
What comes through today is about what we may feel responsible for and whether some things need a little review. What do you feel you can no longer maintain in your life that is possibly becoming tiring, or are you finding you no longer have time for, are little irritations rising up. Is it actually your responsibility to do anymore? Have you been doing it for another, or perhaps you have carried it far enough as it wasn’t yours in the beginning to. Where is annoyance rising as you feel obligated or tied into maintaining something or keeping up an appearance.
We are being guided to review what we are attached to and where we can make time to support the self and making space that you don’t believe you have to bring in for yourself a little joy, space to be, to breathe. You may not feel clear or feel a little all over the place in your head, your emotion and body, feel a little restless, this should start to shift over the next few days. Some things may be really feeling stagnant in your life, is this being reflected in your body, mind, heart? It’s easy for the mind to take you in an instant into something is wrong, everything has gone backwards again, that didn’t work, I can’t seem to move forwards, you are feeling emotions that you don’t understand what they are connected to or why you are having things come back to your mind. Move with it as best you can, there is a lot being shaken up. You may have had light on sleep or broken sleep, go gently. Less judgement of why, how and what you may be feeling and more allowing, surrendering to and softness. There is a clear out occurring.
There is a need to really use your discernment as you may not be receiving the entire/whole picture so practice dropping into your body, your heart and feeling your way, try not to judge things first off for what they appear may not be what they are/seem to be or turn out to be, find the pause especially before reacting to something. Practice a neutral space or if its best to walk away and take a breath especially around those closest to you.
Everything is asking us to soften, to feel, to listen deeply before acting, jumping to conclusions, especially if you feel the energy within your being a little whipped up. Breathe, pause, recentre.
